Representatives do not read messages and ignore context. I had an LCD break after owning the unit for 40 days. I asked if they could extend that period. They ignored that. I wanted to cancel an order and they told me that I had to return it because it was delivered. Well part of the order was delivered but a part of the order that I wanted to cancel has not been shipped. It was waiting for fulfillment for nearly a month. If I knew it would take this long then I would have just bought it elsewhere. I decided to switch to elegoo

I’m super satisfied with Anycubic’s customer support. After I had an issue with my Kobra 3 Max where a cable broke during a failed print, I contacted them and they replied very quickly and in a very professional way. They clearly explained everything and even sent me the replacement cable for free, including a detailed video guide on how to replace it.
Honestly, this level of service is not common anymore. I definitly reccomend Anycubic to anyone looking for reliable products and great after-sales support. I would buy from them again without any doubt.

I've been with this company since the first Kossel printers.
I would like to share my opinion about the company.
This is the best product on the market, with a simple and smart design. Yes it has bad marketing, but I love their product.
I am not ready to switch to another product, because I know that if I have any difficulty, I can always contact technical support and quickly get a solution to the problem.
Their printer is very convenient to modify with the help of a large community, there is a very enthusiastic audience here, they can always help.
I have a few printers in my fleet - Delta Kossel Plus, Mega X, Kobra S1.
These are my best purchases, they cover all my needs, I am engaged in small-scale production of individual orders for the repair of small household appliances and also completely designing new projects for tools for boards and equipment, cases and redesign of old cases.
I recommend this company for many years of support and the release of new products at an adequate price.

Excellent customer care service
I've bought Photon mono M7 pro for my dental practice. There was some minor inconvenience, that customer care service was just exceptional, they took care of it immediately. The team is very supportive and operative, I think the printer will be as good.

The support team was vary usefull. We were able to trouble shoot the issues and get the replacement parts sent out. Not a fan on the time frame for the the shippment but I do understand that it is comming international.
