Return
My kids received as a Christmas gift, and I needed to return 2 of them. First 50.00 to return is a joke. Reconsider if it doesn't work out you pay half to return. Don't buy !!! I would give this company a zero!!!

We loved our Smart Sketcher 2.0 for a minute. It just stopped working and when I emailed the company for customer service, they asked for a photo of the charger I had used. I sent it, and received an email saying their trouble shooting was complete and the 90 day warranty had expired so there was nothing else to discuss.
If I could give a 0 ⭐️ I would!!! I bought the projector toy (was featured on GMA) for my grandaughter, my daughter bought the same thing. So when it came I immediately sent an email for a return and sent it back. It has been 3 months and i still have not gotten back my money! There is no phone number only email. I am out $260 with nothing! No product or money!
The resolution of the images projected by the toy is so poor one could hardly see. Especially if you take a photo and project using the toy, it is impossible to see. Their advertising claims you could draw anything by taking photos and then project. This is definitely a false claim! I've emailed them to request for refund a month ago and I didn't get any response!
I bought a sketch projector for a Christmas gift as my daughter likes to draw. After opening it she decided she would prefer to draw free hand so we were going to return the projector. We do not have the original box because it was thrown out with the other Christmas boxes. At first I was told we could return it subject to a restocking fee, then when I asked how much the restocking fee would be I was told that management had advised I could not return it afterall.
product has no power contacted the company and so far has gotten a run around on a return
