A Kind and Professional Experience
I’ve bought many lovely pieces from Jo and Jason over the years, including my wedding rings, so when I needed advice on what to do with my Mum’s jewellery after she passed away, I decided to call in. Jo invited me to bring everything in and went through it with me, handling what could have been an emotional task with real sensitivity.
Jo's guidance was clear and helpful, and I was happy to accept the offer to buy the gold and silver. I also appreciated the practical advice on what to do with the remaining items. It was something I’d been putting off, and I’m very grateful for Jo’s help.

Lifesavers!
I always use Strange the Jewellers. They are so friendly and professional. The other day, when my mother's left hand swelled up I asked them to cut off her wedding ring. They were very kind and gentle and sympathetic to a lady whose ring is so sentimental. They also explained how they could repair it so she could wear it again. Thank you Jo and Jason you were lifesavers!

My husband bought this watch for me for xmas so I haven't seen it yet, but the item arrived super fast in size appropriate packaging. I have had a citizen watch for over 20 years and it's still going but I thought a new one would be nice and my hubby agreed to get me one for xmas, so I chose this one. Many years ago I had my ears pierced
Many years ago I had my ears pierced, and they were not level, I made do, but it was certainly not perfect. Then I thought 'enough is enough ' and I Googled best ear piercing near me and Strange Jewellers came out with brilliant reviews so I made an appointment and was extremely impressed! Marilyn was able to pierce another hole above the current lower one safely, and level me up!! It is a lovely friendly jewellers, and from their reviews, to which I am now adding mine I can only say Strange Jewellers is a brilliant place for ear piercing, and I absolutely recommend them. I received the after care bottle to clean around the new piercing and can go back in six weeks for a check up, so a great process. Their shop is lovely and very welcoming, plus you can see all their beautiful jewellery!! Thank you again!
