Baggage problem

i Booked a flight here to Toronto, but I cannot add any additional luggage. The studentuniverse doesn’t have the access to baggage and the westjet company doesn’t have the synchronized information.

I booked the tickets

I booked the tickets, but they asked for my credit card details. Been more than 24 hours, there's no confirmation of tickets, and they say the current price for tickets will be deducted from my bank account.

Best customer service experience

Best customer service experience, if you have any confusion reach out to them.
Found price cheaper as compared to otger websites.
Best customer service and affordable price is all you need to plan a trip.

Ticket adjustment with same price

I wanted to adjust my ticket with a bigger layover which was available listed with the same price within 2 hrs of booking and first CSR wanted to confirm my credit card information and after that I was mentioned of cancellation charges if i wanted to change.

I have not received my e-ticket via…

I have not received my e-ticket via email. Had to call Deluxe Support I purchased and only then it was emailed to me. Customer Service Rep said it was due to some technical issue with the system/website.
Hope it's resolved by now and I won't have any issues in the future.

All great, but sudden 20$ increase!

While the website was easy to navigate, the transaction was smooth, the student verification was simple, and the price a was great, the price suddenly increased by 20$ upon completing the payment. Then afterwards, i saw that the price went back down 20$... I found that a little annoying.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. Student Universe scammed me for nearly $1K and wasted months of my time resulting in me having to issue a chargeback through Mastercard. Do NOT trust!!
