I clicked for the 7 day option and this has charged me for the annual subscription. This was not made clear at all and there were no terms and conditions clearly laid out. Refund requested. I would say this is deliberately misleading. Despite the below reply below, the wording when buying a trial subscription is highly misleading.

Frustrating experience, would not recommend
It was quite a challenge to cancel the membership as the cancel option was well hidden on the webpage. Also I was charged an extra month after cancelling my membership, which I found very frustrating as I was forced to pay without using the service. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The cancel option is available in the account settings page. You were charged since your subscription was not canceled previously. Your concern regarding your subscription billing has been addressed in the ticket you raised with the customer service team. Kindly revert on the same ticket for further queries you may have.
Don't trust them
Don't trust them! I canceled earlier this year and somehow they got ahold of my new debit card number. Also one of those rat companies that puts an endless amount of pop-ups when trying to cancel (which is hidden well). Never used their resources. I hope people see this before trying to apply with them. (I'd give no stars if that was an option)

In the ticket you opened with Customer Service we asked for the cancellation email. If you can provide the cancellation email which is sent with every cancellation we'd happily refund you from the date you cancelled. We have no previous record of a cancellation however your account was cancelled on the day which you contacted us and you will no longer be billed.
Again, we'd be happy to help if you can provide a copy of the cancellation email.

BEWARE
BEWARE, very dodgy; you are unable to remove the card details from within account and when you want to cancel the subscription you loose your premium from that moment even if you paid for 1 month or an entire year. Even if you are in second day after paid subscription if you choose to cancel you will loose the remaining days from paid subscription. Never in my life I have seen something like this.

Our records indicate the account was canceled 10 days after the 7 day trial. If you canceled prior to the 7 day trial end, please provide the cancellation email and add to the customer service ticket which you opened. We'd be happy to investigate further once we have this information.
Study mode = Dodgy business!!!
I paid for study mode premium in March last year, but they have just taken another yearly subscription and said it was an auto renew. I did not agree to it and do not use them but they refused to refund me and now I am £119.40 out of pocket! Do not use them!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM - Do Not Use This Company
Canceled the subscription within 2 days of the 7 day FREE trial. I was charged anyway and they ask for a confirmation email of cancelation that they do NOT send. This is a SCAM. Please do not use this company. The papers are terrible and very limited. A complete waste of time and money. Same complaints made on the BBB. Please make complaints on there as well because this company is a scam and needs to be shut down.
