They are crooks and criminals. I sent them an email to cancel my subscription but they took my money and refused to refund it. The site is not even useful.
PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Cancelled my subscription on time and still got charged. When contested, they ask for a cancellation email, which their system never sends . Absolutely appalling . Scam at highest level

They just change the payment method to auto recurring without notifying you. You should delete your paypal or credit card info immediately after the first time registration!Keep away from it!!!

They take your money no matter what, I deleted my subscription but they kept taking money.
When I complained about it they answered saying that they have a no refund policy.
I had to call my bank and block them otherwise they kept stealing my money.
I can’t believe how it is still online this company.

In addition the content of the website is extremely poor!

Do not register there. I have canceled their service. but they stole my money without a subscription.

Very bad experience! I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I signed up for the 7 days free trial period, which ended up costing me $7 at the end TYPICAL!! I remember canceling my subscription before the deadline, however they still have charged me with the amount of $38 at the end of the month. At first I thought I might've forgotten to cancel my account until they charged me for the second time... I've sent them several emails as well, but everytime they would tell me that they did not get any response from me which was so weird. Now I just found out that I can't get a refund, because they are telling me that my account hasn't been closed properly and they are going to do it for me. IN OTHER WORDS, AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER RELIABLE WEBSITES THAT WON'T SCAM STUDENTS NOR OTHER PEOPLE. WEBSITES LIKE STUDOC.COM are great!!

I really find it disappointing that they are targeting students to scam over when we are broke most of the time and already so anxious because of school. What a shame honestly.

Total scam. I was told that I did not cancel my membership in time and this is why I got charged, however, there was no way for me to cancel the membership on the website? I had to email them to take care of it and they refused to refund me. Absolute scam.

Be very careful about cancelling. I thought I had cancelled, but there are numerous confirmations and I probably missed one. It was an expensive mistake, especially for the quality of the material that was offered. Most of the sample essays were horribly written.

I never heard of study mode or even went on their website. I just noticed a charge of $29.95. I called my bank and their investigating for fraud.

I don’t know how I could have avoided being charged but I don’t recommend study mode.

DO NOT USE! They take advantage of the most vulnerable people. I am studying for a qualification in health and social care. I signed up for their £7 first week support and cancelled in time. They continued to take money and refuse to refund because they say they didn't send me a cancellation email! As other people say they are a SCAM company - do not use.

Everything that others have spoken about this rip-off company is correct. There is no person to talk with about your issue of a refund. Scam Scam Scam.

Do not trust this company. They will trick you into more money and refuse to admit their trickery. They completely refuse to admit their deception. There are better, more helpful cites out there than this one. Don’t trust them.

it says its free but the second i want to open an assignment it asks for signup which leads directly to the subscription menu, i thought you said it was free. also i really needed this stuff, and this site failed me, i hope for the worst for the site owners.

This is an awful site in my opinion. Was only on for a minute to figure this out and asked for a refund of my subscription. They said they don't issue refunds and to look at the policy. THIS SHOULD BE TOLD WHEN YOU ARE PAYING!!!!
