The designs look good, however

The designs look good, however, wearing these knee-high socks for a while left my legs with pressure marks all over, both from the dot designs and the seams.

I ordered three pairs, unfortunately all with the dot designs because they looked so good on the website. However, I can’t imagine wearing them for a long flight or for an extended period of time.

Initially, customer service did not seem to understand or address my actual complaint, and I was told that I would have to cover the return costs myself, despite the issue being related to the product.

However, Thomas stepped in personally, understood my concern and supported me with the complaint and refund. I really appreciate his help and the way he resolved the situation.

Hi Andreea,

thank you for your honest feedback. You're right that our first reply didn't address your actual concern, and that's on us. I'm glad we were able to sort things out in the end. 😊

Your feedback on the dot designs and seams is really valuable to us. Pressure marks very often come down to fit, especially the calf measurement, so our team is always happy to help anyone find the right size before ordering.

Best wishes,
Thomas from Stylocks
