MISSING PARCEL? SUPAMART BREAKS UK LAW

SCAM SELLER. SUPAMART BREAKS UK CONSUMER LAW. Parcel was left on doorstep by courier and went missing. This goes against UK consumer law but Supamart say it’s not their problem. The photo proof shows parcel left on doorstep and by LAW the seller is responsible to liaise with courier and to replace or refund the customer. Supamart just ignores the customer. IT GOES AGAINST THE LAW. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER.

I was sent the wrong item, they were able to send me the correct item i ordered. I am pleased they corrected the mistake a d im very pleased.

I placed an order on the 29th of…

I placed an order on the 29th of November and have yet to receive it, I was told due to yodel delays however it doesn’t change that I have paid for something which I have not received. All updates I have gotten have been through my initiation and it seems nobody is interested in resolving my matter so at this point I demand a full refund

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. Everything was packed really well (liquid) and delivery was fast. Really good choice on the website and very good price. Will use again. I definitely recommend this website
