The design of the gloves are very nice and with good quality materials, but the craftsmanship is not that great. One of the gloves was well made, but the other one was not well stitched in the finger compartment. Not good quality control at all! Also the duties and taxes was absurd! The website should warn about the duties and taxes that a customer might have to pay, my gloves was about $100 + $30 for shipping. Then later DHL charge me $53 for duties+taxes+custom clearence...so $83 extra cost, it's totally not worth it! If I new about all this extra cost, I would never have bought it! Never again!!!

Great customer experience. Ships out quickly and seller constantly updates about orders through email and text so you are assured that your package will arrive and they are a legitimate business. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s difficult to return any product and will cost more to return and shipping prices are also a little pricey. Still, will buy from them again.

I ordered a €400 package to Cyprus, and was hit with very high taxes (over 25%) which are apparently new taxes since the last time I ordered from them. DHL asked if I’d like to return the package instead of pay taxes, so I said yes. SXS emailed me and told me they would deduct return shopping and import taxes back into Thailand out of my refund. They deducted over €200 for this. Absolutely criminal.
