Really helped me out of a bad situation. Went out of their way to resolve an issue that was supposed to be handled through solicitors, and was resolved. Great team, no matter who picks the call, they'ii take it from where your issue was left.

well I was rest assured I wouldmt b hassled by my creditors. dud get a few letters. but didn't take any notice as swift had everything in hand. so I would recommend them to family or friends who have git problems paying. nlians or other debts back

I had one company completely ruin an IVA for me. Swift picked up the ball and immediately sorted everything out. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly on the phone. Would highly recommend to anyone. But then my IVA was rejected because of the lowball quotes they came up with, the guy never got back to me I wonder why? I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole!

Really good advice and set up fast no issues

Having got IVA now should have done this over a year ago when things went wrong at first, swift has been a life saver for me as everyone involved with helping me is the best thing like should have done it earlier instead of tearing my hair out trying to decide what to do next. Hopefully I can get sorted now with help of yourselves. Like I said swift are very good I really dont know what I would have done truly.

When I ask for help swift debt management I did not know what to do any more. I could not sleep eat I was worried to go home that there will be again letter or even worse my thins will be gone . I had done online application at night and the first thins the next day I got the call. I was emotional wreck. After speaking to the team about my problem I felt relieved. I saw finely light at the end of the tunnel. The team is really professional and very helpful. I could not done better chose. They are there for me when I need advice or help and since then I was not contacted once by the debt collectors. Highly recommend.

I first phoned the number and straight away I was helped. A gentleman called Zain was the first to help. He was very polite and helpful.
At the time I was very down and I didn't know what I could do. After speaking to Zain I felt better. He then put me in touch with his senior and Nazir was equally as polite. She helped me with the forms which she done electronically. I never had to fill in any forms. I was surprised how simple and quick it had been.
Everything was explained to me in detail. I felt more at ease with myself. I was informed that I was not the only one in debt.
