SWTE Group Ltd. sells several hastily put together plugins for WordPress. I decided to give them a chance, thinking great, I will support it, a lifetime license for a cache module sounded fine, even though the price was higher, I believed the developer would take care of the plugin and maintain it. Unfortunately, the reality is that the cache module has many problems and Péter Molnár, who takes care of all the plugins, apparently does not have time to fix a bug even after two months. So the whole thing feels rushed and poorly finished. I do not want a refund because I believe the developer will reflect on this and turn the plugin into a truly great one, because at its core the cache plugin is actually very good and delivers nice results, the foundation is really solid. However, the rest of the problems and the communication are lacking. Of course, if the developer contacts me, I will be happy to change the rating, for now I am disappointed.

I am writing once again to follow up on the refund for the plugin I purchased and returned. While I was informed that a refund would be processed, I have yet to receive any payment or clear communication from your side.

Frankly, I am disappointed with the lack of responsiveness regarding this matter. I have reached out before and expected at least a timely update, yet no resolution has been provided. This delay and lack of communication is causing unnecessary frustration.

I kindly request that you treat this as a priority, issue my refund immediately, and share the transaction details with me. If the refund has already been processed, please provide evidence of the transaction without further delay.

I expect a prompt response within the next 24 hours.

Swift Performance AI is very easy to use and delivers great results. There are still some small details every now and then, but it has a great support team that takes care of problems very swiftly. For me one of the most important reasons to use it is thanks to its WooCommerce integration, which helped us increase conversions

I bought the AI version recently and installed on a view sites to test it.

Unfortunately the plugin caused a huge increase in server load, spammed my analytics with requests and caused layout issues.
Due to the server load, the site was performing slower than before.

I gave it a few days to test and ssee if it normalizes again, but had to deactivate the plugin in the end.

Now i tried to contact Support to ask for a refund as the plugin is not useable, but was told the usual 14 day refund period does not apply for my deal and no refunds weere possible.

I guess that is what you get for proper testing and trying to avoid a premature refund...

Maybe i didn't see that the plugin is still in alpha and not suitable for production use yet, but i can not recommend to use it on a real site at all and I have to adit that i am very disappointed in the support

I just tried the new AI version, and I must to say it is a wonder!

It configurates itself automatically, my site went from C to A after I installed it.

I had a small issue with images, support helped quickly :)

Absolutely recommended!

The only one good thing in this plugin is the idea of it.

A lot of issues, errors, incompatible with almost everything.

Support - from a 20 emails and 1 ticket, through last 3 weeks, I have 2 answers of randomly chosen questions (I have a lot) and the answers are just copy and paste from the Docs page of the plugin and even is not helpful in my case...

After those 2 answers maded in 5 days between each other, they stop respond to me.

I ask for a refund a week ago, but no asnwer, no refund.

Stay away from this "very busy"guy!

I had already been using Swift Performance Pro for my customers for more than 3 years because the best values for Core Web Vitals were achieved with the help of the plugin. Only the required experience, which was required for the settings, was a small disadvantage.

This is a thing of the past with the release of Swift Performance AI. With just a few clicks, top page speed values are achieved that were not even achieved with the older Pro version, let alone those of other competitors.

I still can not understand why this plugin is used so rarely.

Last but not least, I want to praise the amazing support, which is always friendly and available. Within a very short time, the problem is taken care of and help is implemented.

This is indeed the best caching and speed plugin for wordpress sites! Try it and see if I am right!

I signed up for a yearly subscription but their tool was just awkward and difficult and didn’t work well with siteground so I stopped using it.

They took payment from me for another year yesterday. I contacted them for a refund immediately and they said “no we’ve sent you a reminder”

This was true. It was in my spam folder.

They will not budge on their position so I’m letting you all know about this. I don’t recommend this company.

Absolute scam. The software started crashing my website after an update (confirmed that it was this software by web hosts). After asking for diagnostic data which I sent they stopped communicating and responding to emails leaving me with software that simply doesn't work. Because it was outside their bare minimum 14 day guarantee they refused to give my money back and even a chargeback wouldn't work because of this guarantee period.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The plugin does not increase performance as promised by them, non paid plugins work much better, moreover its operation increases trasient in an exaggerated way.

But the biggest problem is that they make credits without informing you in advance.
Currently I have opened a dispute with paypal for their unauthorized crediting.

Take it from me, there are better plugins both free and paid.

I want to thank the developers of swift. The plugin is awesome and isthe best cache plugin out there. Allot of fatures.

And the support? Very very good! Thanks agaun guys!

2 Times this company has taken money from me without any emails to warn me just one saying thanks for your order

every time no refund can be done according to support can't believe a company is happy to take money

Disgusting company behaviour all I want is a refund for something I never signed up for

Really good caching plugin. My web development agency used this on my site and I was curious. Has a really good feature set and the site is very fast so thank you!

The plugin broke all my clients' websites. Tried to get in touch with support but they just take ages to answer.

So if you are planning to install this plugin, have in mind that you can't rely in the support.

This is an open and honest review of my experience with swiftperformance.io. Avoid Peter and his scammy company who auto bills you without notice even if you have not used his swiftperformance.io product for nearly a year.

he said I was emailed 10 days before payment was taken which i did not receive, yet himself cannot evidence delivery of the renewal notification.

I contacted him the day after payment was taken and he refused to refund my payment which was for a years subscription

this guy is a one man band and obviously relies on this type of behaviour to keep the business afloat.

If you want a decent wordpress plugin and not a someone who is only interested in taking your money, consider using someone else.

Misleading Subscriptions

I use many platform and software vendors to keep my small web development business going, most have different payment methods and intervals so I need to make sure what I need is renewed and what I don't does not.

Last year I tried a couple of performance plugins but after a few months testing decided they are more trouble than they are worth and stopped using both. Some time in November I logged in to both accounts and checked the expiry and if there was any auto-renewal.

For one it was clearly auto-renewing and so I cancelled it - it was obvious and painless, and they sent me a nice email.

For Swift Performance it appeared the renewal would be manual, as there were appeals for discounts if I renewed now for 2 years 3 years etc... there was not on my screen a clear and obvious way to cancel, so I checked the paypal record showed a single (non-recurring) payment and so I decided not to waste time and let the thing expire.

It did not, and Swift Performance pulled money out of my paypal account without warning and in spite of a refund request within 24 hours for something which I was not using they flatly refused and pointed me to some fine print about no refunds on renewals.

This is the worst attitude of any wordpress plugin vendor I have encountered in 10 years and is taking advantage of the goodwill and refund conventions critical to the funding of other developers. There are/were many similar complaints on wordpress.org.
