Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. I ordered a light switch, which arrived promptly and in perfect condition. When my partner fitted it he broke it - entirely our fault but I was gutted as I couldn't justify the cost of replacing it. I e-mailed the company just to ask for advice on what we had done wrong (so that we didn't make the same mistake again once we'd saved to get another). The lady replied quickly, gave clear advice.... and then proceeded to dispatch a replacement free of charge! I was flabbergasted, particularly in this day and age when all businesses are struggling. It was so incredibly kind. The new switch is now on the wall and looks amazing. I will DEFINITELY be using the company again for replacement switches and would highly recommend them. So lovely to be a treated as a human and not just another invoice. Thank you.
