I never received our free gift also one of Items I had returned I’ve not had any contact from them I called and I have sent several emails to get a refund very poor customer service

Returns policy needs work
I ordered a bag which was unsuitable and had to be returned.
I telephoned for a returns label a few times nothing came.i decided to pay postage myself and managed to get there address online. This was delivered by royal mail on 23rd Dec and signed for.I have the receipt of postage.
NO REFUND HAS APPEARED.Like a previous customer you have no way of getting any response.I will steer well clear in future

Such a beautiful bag
Such a beautiful bag fabulous magenta color the suede is beautiful too!. Good size exactly what I was looking for. Incredible value for money and came in a really cool tote bag really nice touch. So many lovely bags I will definitely tell friends and family and would 💯 recommend this company.
