Easy to order and received in great time.
The colour was lighter than expected and not suitable for my requirements as the size did not suit what I needed too. Upon trying to arrange return and after already costing for delivery on top of the cost of the order, I would have had to pay to return myself therefore would have paid a total of £40(+) for nothing at all.

Nice products and prompt delivery. We found the adhesive tape doesn’t work well on water based painted skirting boards, but this combined with spots of mastic sealant as glue solved the problem.

I’ve ordered twice from this company 4 times if you include purchasing samples. The floor edge trims are a great product and I can’t fault them one bit. However a few things I have to note about the company. 1. They never answer emails and in fact I didn’t even get confirmation emails when ordering from the website (yes I checked my spam) Luckily I got the option to save the invoices at the end of purchase. 2. Some of the colours they sell aren’t worded the same if looking on their eBay site compared to their website so can be confusing if you order samples via eBay. 3. A lot of their colours have been out of stock for a while and there’s no update as to when colours will be back. I ordered some for my dining room but when trying to get the matching colour for living room they’ve been out of stock for a while so was forced to buy a different colour.

A British company selling a really good British made product. Just wish the service was better.

Helpful guy on the phone when it wasn't obvious that my online order had gone through. Delivery was very good and came a couple of days before it was expected

Quick delivery although a little expensive but needed the items as unavailable anywhere else happy with my order

The has to be the most inconsiderate firm with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The courier lost my items and Syntech refuses to take any responsibility for this and refuses to refund me my £76 payment

I ordered some floor edge trim which I needed quickly. Their website states that they use Parcel Force 48 hour, however instead of using Parcel Force, they sent them by Evri, who took 4 days to attempt delivery and because of this delay I was unable to be at the address when they attempted to deliver.

When I discovered Syntech were sending by Evri I contacted Syntech specifically to advise them that if this took longer than 3 days to deliver, I would not be available to accept delivery and it would be their responsibility to get the parcel back from Evri. They took no action even after I contacted them again sharing Evri’s tracking which showed that they would not attempt delivery until day 4. Again they did nothing.

I will not list all my issues with Evri’s service in this post but simply to say they left it in full view on the doorstep (in a North London street) and unsurprisingly it was stolen.

With EVERY other firm I have delt with it is understood that they are responsible for safe delivery of their goods and if the courier losses the parcel they will refund the customer and seek compensation from the courier but not Syntech they simply refuse to do anything, and this is despite my warning that if the parcel was late, I would hold them responsible. They will also not admit that their website is incorrect and that they do not use Parcel Force 48 hour and is because of this that I was not able to accept delivery.

So be warned Syntech do not use a 48 hour delivery service and if the courier loses your parcel (which is very likely with Evri) they will do nothing and will steal your money.

Minor issue was that the clips supplied didn’t fit the original channel but it was a full replacement kit so just meant a little more effort was needed
However, colour match was better than original
