My go to place for any beauty treatment

I have a been a regular client of Take a Break Spa for 3 years and can absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of beauty treatment. They are my go to place for nails, sugaring (waxing) and above everything else facials. I tried other places before but Take a Break is by far the best place for everything, in particular facials, Victoria is so skilled, she does wonders to my skin! She adapts the treatments to how my skin looks on the day and that’s exactly what a great beautician is. As for other treatments, I have not once been disappointed, all staff is skilled and friendly. 100% recommend

Honestly not even worth the money

Honestly not even worth the money. I went and got a pedicure which normally takes 30 minutes and says that on their website. By the time I sat down, had the treatment and told to put my shoes on it took a total of 10-11 minutes.
I was so shocked I thought she was joking. Paid full price for a quarter of the time.
I even sent an email letting them know and heard nothing back.

I can't tell you why she didn't spend the entire 30 min. you had booked.
You booked 30 min. and should get 30 min. (unless you were late of course, but we can also see that you were perfectly on time) <3
This is not what we normally do, and no one should expect that from a treatment at TAKE A BREAK Spa. And we can totally agree that you didn't got the treatment, that you should have had.

Also - We received your email and forwarded it to the head of the clinic right before the holiday, but it is also not to say, why she never respond.

I'm very sorry for both accident - And would love to give you a new treatment for free - free of choice! Hopefully we can't give u a much better experience!
