I received a $100 Amazon gift card from my employer through Tango.com, but it didn't work. Tango.com was unsupportive and unresponsive to my attempts to resolve the issue. Tango.com indicated that Amazon cards are fully funded upon issuance and emailed to the address provided, implying that either the email account or card information may have been compromised. I have verified my email history and location when my email was accessed, and I am certain that I am the only one with access during that time. They brought up the possibility that I might have added the gift card information to another Amazon account, but that's incorrect. I only have one account, and I've been advised to call Amazon to settle this matter, which I've done three times. Despite multiple phone conversations, Amazon is insisting that the purchaser contact them directly, leaving me frustrated with Tango.com. To make matters worse, this $100 gift card has already cost me $34 in taxes. Tango.com did not live up to my expectations but wasted my time.

I was struggling to figure out how I could deposit a gift card into my Amazon account and realized I needed help. I finally had someone who knew exactly what needed to be done and I am so grateful that I didn't spend hours trying to resolve the issue myself.

I absolutely hate this program. I do a lot of focus groups and this is frequently how participants get paid. THIS SUCKS. It takes days sometimes weeks to receive the payment via email and turning actually using any of these gift cards is next to impossible. Their customer service is all AI so you never get any real help. I despise this service and I wish I never had to use it again.

The response was very fast. During the process, I was given precise instructions on what to do next. I followed their instructions and received a complete answer within a few days, and the problem was resolved.

I received 2 gift cards today from companies that use Tango. On both, the redemption URL did not work - it just said unsupported protocol, whatever that means.
I have tried to contact them on chat (it's just AI, no humans work there,) tried finding a UK phone number but can't, tried contacting them on Twitter, no reply, I've just tried commenting on some of their LinkedIn posts too! Literally IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human - THEY DO NOT CARE. I hope the company fails as it's clearly a scam.

Was a little confusing and cumbersome at first try. As a winner received a gift card awarded thru Tango. Initially did not work, but after emails and trying again and again, it worked. A lot of frustration for a 25.00 prize, but ok at the end.

Ordered a gift card through their service, but there was an error on their end during the order. The balance was supposed to be refunded to my account. It wasn't. When I contacted support, they said there was an error and the amount would be back in my account in a few days. It wasn't. When I contacted CS again, they said that the email with the certificate had already been sent out on March 19th. When I checked my account, the status had indeed changed, but said it was sent on the 16th, not the 19th. So that's fishy. Either way, no email came through in my spam, quarantine or anywhere. So they then resent it after I contacted them again. This time it went through, and I immediately went to redeem it but the code had already been redeemed somehow. They insist it must be someone who had access to my accounts (though no one does), not an error or fraud on their side. After multiple emails and requests for a phone call (which they wouldn't do), they decided they are only a third party and cannot help. And I'm out $350.
Received a $15 Tango balance for reviewing a company I had done an interview through. I redeemed it immediately for an Amazon gift card that I was able to use INSTANTLY, both the Tango funds and the Amazon gift card.
An intuitive platform that offers a wide range of rewards, both domestically and internationally.
Filled out all the survey and was supposed to get an Amazon voucher. It did not work and support was not able to solve the case. First and last time I am using this service.
I got my card supposedly my Visa reward card through fetch rewards and I did everything it told me to do I got the numbers for the card and everything but it says I don't have a card nowhere no nowhere and somebody's going to pay me back and send me the $5 on a card or something because this ain't right I would not get no card from them because they don't honor what they say I cannot get nobody on the phone to talk to me about it I can't get nobody to email me anything so I would not mess with tango.com tango card.com
