…Just when I thought that things could not be better with the multitude of gift card selections from retailers, restaurants and other options available in receiving a Reward Link through Tango and TangoCard.com , Tango gives at least 1 “all-in-one” Reward Link option to select for ones who like a lot more variety in their purchases like myself. I just purchased major healthcare needs, and I also treated myself in purchasing rare, gourmet items which I can usually only find online sometimes (when available)! Thank you so much Tango and TangoCard.com because receiving a Reward Link is amazing!

The customer service representative that I spoke with was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I explained the problem to him and within a few minutes he was able to point in the right direction to fix the problem. He could not see a record of the card I was calling about so he directed me to the purchaser. I discussed the problem with the purchasing organization, and within five minutes my gift card appeared. No run-arounds, no long holds, just courteous, professional service.

I had to end up calling customer service (for am issue that ended up being on my end). I am going to be honest. I did NOT want to call. I hate calling into online companies and prefer to chat if I can help it. But, Joel was extremely nice and very helpful. He was able to help me very quickly and made sure everything was good to go before we hung up. Thank you so much for your help!

I was offered a reward gift card for a review by Capterra. I had multiple issues trying to active the Amazon gift card. I cleared cookies, cache, removing ad block. On the first try there was no option for bot support, and was locked out for too many attempts. I tried to find a contact information for support but there was only a phone line option. Its 2025, I’m a millennial, I don’t want to phone you. I tried again the following day with no luck, although the chat bot function was available and it was useless, however I managed to request an email through the chat bot for support.
The next day I tried a different browser and it worked – I didn’t clear cookies or cache, so not sure why the browser made the difference. A couple of days later I received a support email from Tango with no reference to Capterra or my issue reference number which gives off spam vibes. The email was generic.
Another concern I had was that the reference link was for rewardcodes.com which then redirects to rewardlink.com. As stated, the gift card was offered through Capterra but fulfilled by Tango, and there was no explanation for this in the redemption emails. I'm getting whiplash from the constant URL changes, pick a lane.
TLDR; Such a faff, don’t bother, unless you really want a £10 Amazon gift voucher

THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED! Thank you Josh, for fixing the access to the three gift cards. I have amended my rating to 4* rather than 1*. Would have been 5* if I hadn't had to raise concerns via Trust Pilot.
I have been having issues redeeming 3 Amazon gift cards 'fulfilled' by Tango (or could it be Munero?? or could it be BlackHawk Network??) Its infuriating. I have the same response as many others...... 'We were unable to get your reward. Please try again later or visit help.tangocard.com'.
I visited help.tangocard.com and was met with an extremely limited AI chatbot which took my details and promised an email reply but have not heard ANYTHING. Reading others reviews have led me to believe this company is a scam. The rewards I am trying to redeem are part of an incentive earned through a reputable airline and I am sure they wouldn't want to be associated with this kind of service.

Update: Both companies have reached out and are investigating the issue, which may be an honest mistake.
I received an email from Tango for the $300 pre-paid card I was supposed to get for signing up with Kinetic/Windstream. Clicking the link brought me to tangocard.com, but they claim that my reward/gift had already been claimed hours earlier by someone at another email address that is definitely not one of mine and not the one that the email was sent to. I talked to someone with customer support and they asked me to get in touch with my ISP. They have not been able to help, but the original email with the redemption link came from tangocard.com. I'm not sure what happened but Tango obviously makes it easy for scammers or other parties to redeem rewards. There seems to be no verification that it is going to the proper person.

This company is a freud . I received a visa card for $50 from Fitch company. I redeemed and the card was empty. It is more than a month I am trying to fix the problem, but they opened a case they closed it , a they opened a new one and no credit card for me. They asked my ID, selfie with the id in my hand, i did , they told me they answered in 2 days, after 10 i wrote back they told me they answer in other 10 days. I want to report to the authorities this company because is time the freud will end
