Fabulous Grimsby 10k
It was a fab race as always - very well organised- fab atmosphere- plenty of drinks stations - well supported-the finish at Peoples Park is great - lots of stalls - finishers received a super medal + tee shirt + cake.
Everyone was so friendly and happy - hopefully I’ll be there again next year- thank you 🤩

This is the 2nd time I have taken part…
This is the 2nd time I have taken part in the Grimsby 10K, I last did it back in 2016, was relatively a new race then. It’s most definitely grown in popularity. It’s a very well organised event, fantastic atmosphere and support along the route. At the finish line there’s loads going on. I enjoyed it. Thank you Grimsby.

A fantastically well organised…
A fantastically well organised community event for the Grimsby 10k. Great quality medals and T-shirts for finishers and an amazing atmosphere on the route and in the park at the finish. Wonderfully informative to all runners signed up in the lead up to the race also.

Sadly vests work out nearly double in price to tee shirts. Value for money is important to us and we would not want to increase the entry fees....good point though.

Fantastically well organised race as…
Fantastically well organised race as I’ve come to expect from Tape 2 Tape. Very well marshalled, plenty of water which, on a hot day, was a god send, great pre-race communication and excellent value for money. The race village was among the best I’ve seen and it’s definitely a PB course on a cooler day! Would recommend highly and look forward to running it again.

Great Grimsby 10k
Took part in the Great Grimsby 10k this weekend. What a brilliantly organised event. There local shopping centre car park was open early, providing free parking and there were lots of event volunteers around giving information about getting to start etc. Had received regular updates prior to event regarding all aspects of event. Brilliant marshals on the course, regular water stations and a fantastic welcome at the finish line. Would highly recommend this event.

Top class event
Access to the shopping centre car park was seamless, and having secured the use of the coffee facilities and the toilets was fantastic. This was a real bonus, especially having left home early to travel to the event, removed a headache and a worry.
The race start was well organised and co-ordinated. The run itself was well marked and there was a plentiful supply of marshals on hand for support and encouragement. (They also proved helpful on leaving the finish area when we couldn’t find our way back to the car park.)
We loved the course, a little bit of undulation but would certainly be one to aim for a PB next year.
Plenty of water stations, it was hot and these were well needed. Volunteers here were helpful and supportive.
The finish was great, coming into the park was a welcome sight and the crowds were fantastically loud.
Receiving water, our t-shirts and medal was painless, everything flowed beautifully and with cheery smiles and congratulations from all involved.
We are kicking ourselves, as we came without our phones and bank cards and so could not participate in all the goings on in the park, such a shame, the atmosphere was brilliant.
We loved the whole experience and hope to attend again next year. Thank you
