I stopped trading for 2 years and when I log into my tastytrade account recently, everything seems different and I suspected the account is inactive. I found the chat and Stephen confirmed the account status and gave me the link and steps so that I can activate my account again. It is resolved within 5 mins!!!

If you're in Europe, you don't have many options to trade real stocks (as opposed to CFDs). Tastytrade is available in Europe and they're awesome. Got my account open in no time and the platform is actually amazing. When you compare it to dinosaurs like TWS, this is light-years ahead.

The customer service agent, Momo, simply denied what happened. Then in the next paragraph they admitted to it---that a cancelled stop loss order had blocked another limit order without actually working---but said it isn't a glitch.
Apparently cancelled bracket orders just don't get cancelled, but they also don't stop losses, and I should accept that.
It was the most condescending and unconcerned response I have ever received. A horrifying and once in a lifetime experience for me. Not worth the decent UI.

I was having technical errors at 3:30, trying to close a position and was sweating bullets. I shot these guys an email and received a reply and solution in minutes.

The rep was super helpful and answered all my questions, giving extra info that I didn't ask for which was helpful. Tastytrade is a good company in my experience. They know options trading like nobody else I have encountered.

Some of your indicators are called different names from other platforms, can be confusing.
For instance, if I search VWAP in your help it should display my options and should be easy to find the VWAP I want. But I can't.

I am very, very disappointed. They charge high fees and then the withdrawal fails. They can't tell me what the problem is. And the next time I try they take another fee... Lost about 100$ and still do not have my money!

Support team is second-to-none. Lightning fast responses, with clear and complete answers. Had some issues understanding margin requirements surrounding Futures Sweeps and Day-Trade Margin Calls, and Stephen took the time to go back-and-forth with me a few times to make sure I understood everything.
