Whenever I call Tasty, everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate being able to call in and talk to someone. For me, it helps answer questions more succinctly than email or chat. I am really happy I made the move to Tasty.

I'm a polite investor with 45 years of experience that never needs customer service. I tried to move over $1M into this so-called brokerage firm Tastytrade while overlooking their completely idiotic name. Are we going to seriously trust our hard earned funds to a brokerage with a name like Tasty? Really? It sounds like porn. But I digress....the problems started with their website that would simply not scroll when trying to fill in the application. How can we be confident in proper trade execution which is all automated, if their simple front end forms don't function? I was able to get through them by changing webpage sizing, but what a hassle! I filled them in completely and submitted them, receiving an automated email reply that I would receive an account approval shortly. A week went by and I received an email asking me to complete my application. Huh? I did that already. But I logged in and filled in blanks, that I had already completed previously, but whatever, and resubmitted. The next day I received an email saying that they rejected my application and didn't want me as a customer with no reason given. Huh? I'm a retired doctor with 5 other brokerage accounts and never need customer service. I've never had disputes or problems with any other brokerage. Tastytrade is a huge incompetent waste of time in my opinion. If you want a really great brokerage, go with Fidelity. Unlike every other brokerage I've dealt with, they offer some of the highest interest rates on your cash, automatically, and their trading platform functions flawlessly, with an intuitive interface. Tastytrade is a junk, broken website in my opinion that I can't trust.

I had an early assignment in my account that appeared different than other assignments in the past. I had what appeared to be a rather large maintenance call...large for me! I called customer service and spoke with Anthony. Anthony reassured me that what I was seeing could easily be fixed and we walked through the mechanics of what we could do to lessen the large blow to my account. So stoked to have people knowledgeable about the specific trades I am working with and have solutions when things go against your trade plan. Thank you for your help today Anthony, I hope your team recognizes you for this awesome customer service that you provided today!

Phenomenal platform for options and futures trading. All the key information needed for making trades is presented on one page making it efficient and simple to use. I've previously used IBKR and there is no comparison in terms of efficient presentation of information. The 'Follow' page enables you copy trades made by professionals with one click when learning how to trade. The team are always available to explain and help with the trades. Support is amazing - the team are always there to walk you through resolving any issue on the spot and available to help with making trades.

I have worked customer service for a significant period of my life and am therefore tuned in to those customer support people who are exceptional.
Andy is such a person.
I just got off the phone with him.
My friend/associate and I have been having difficulty completing the LTA document to the satisfaction of Tasty Trade.
Without getting into the boring details, Andy went above and beyond the call today to help resolve the issue.
In the end it will be up to those who work in the Accounts department to give us the go-ahead, but Andy did everything he could, all the while maintaining a friendly and professional disposition.
Andy is a true asset to your Support Team, and I wanted to let you know.
Nobody prompted me to leave this review. I did it because truly excellent customer service is becoming rarer and rarer.

I just got off the phone with Momo, and this guy talked me through an extremely complex misunderstanding I was having with how my margin balance was being calculated. He was extremely patient and the phone call literally lasted 57 minutes. It just shows the dedication of the TastyTrade staff. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my experience over the last 4 years with the brokerage. As I've grown as a trader and my account has grown I've benefitted from their content and their continued support.
