TaxSlayer's software is straightforward and easy to use. Particularly, its Support Team is very responsive to my questions and difficulties, and provides me with kind and timely help. I highly recommend TaxSlayer!

Taxslayer provides the expertise I lack. It takes my info and analyzes it expertly in ways that are impossible for me as a lay person. The instructions are clear, and where there are questions, Taxslayer provides contact online to provide answers. Also, all my info is carried over year to year and all I have to do is update any changes. I have used Taxslayer for many years and intend to stay with it.

Respect to questions with quick responses, & Cost effectiveness :)

It was fine until you over charged me for the service. Just to have y'all take the money from my return you charge 41.99 more on top of the 45 so that is ridiculous. If I wasn't over tax time this year I would have went to turbo tax or something. No worries. I won't use you guys again. Thanks but no thanks

Tax slayer made it simple to file my taxes. They walk you through every step. Even though my particular tax situation did not get me a refund, I believe all their calculations are correct. No more turbotax for me...

Should be able to input $amounts and see where the numbers are input onto the tax forms.

Did not makes it easy to work through the stuff.

I had to call tech support because of an error I couldn’t seem to find. The support person was professional and very helpful. I haven’t talked to someone who was so pleasant in a long time. She needs some praise.

The interface was clunky. Felt like 2007. Uploading my investment accounts didn't work. I'm 100% sure I didn't get my full refund.

Too expensive, was given a 25% off code through an email and it didn't even work! Gonna probably go somewhere else next year...You should take care of your long-time customers better than you do!!!

The cost shocked me. Guidance was minimal.

Program is easy to use. And seems to be accurate.

The premium package was great. It would be nice if it remembered your previous deductions from last year. Instead of asking what form do you want, it should ask you.
I also didn't appreciate being hijacked by ID.me! That's BS. Our current leadership loves stomping our privacy but tiptoes around the Epstein papers!

I was having trouble with TurboTax and they hang up was with a number for your retirement plan is said it wasn’t enough digits. I didn’t realize I couldn’t get my taxes to complete because of this and there was no directions on helping me so after paying for TurboTax, I went back and used tax slayer because I have used them in the past I don’t know why I changed the TurboTax but you guys were easier and I appreciate it. It worked out. Thank you very much.

i liked that my taxes are done and free as promised. i did not get my state refund and would like to know why. i received notice that they were accepted same as federal. 1315 was received dor federal nothing for state. can you help me?
