On the 20th of january I have placed and paid an order from Italy. On the 20th of february I have sent the 7th reminder without reply because I did not receive nor the goods or a refund !!!

Two months later and still waiting
I have bought Tea Palace products for years and always enjoyed their products and excellent service. I am hugely disappointed, though, by not having received the teas that I ordered and paid for on Black Friday. Attempts at getting through to the Tea Palace team have been futile both via email and phone. And still no tea. It is disgraceful to treat customers like this and I hope for news that the tea will arrive soon (it is the best that I've ever had, after all).

First time purchases.
The products l ordered were all first time buys. I wanted a tea that was calming and gentle on the stomach. It was exactly that and very tasty. The other tea was a rose blend which l really like and l wasn’t disappointed with this one. The hot chocolate is delicious and very easy to make.
Missing Orders
I have shopped at Tea Palace for over ten years from them being in Covent Garden to moving online. Customer service has always been amazing until about 10 months ago where it has all gone down hill rapidly. First a package sent to the wrong address but which had the right address on invoice inside the box and although I have been unable to retrieve this box of tea they have never once tried to resolve this issue. even with multiple attempts to contact them by myself and others. There have been the odd moment of contact where promises were made to look into the issue and get back in touch however this has never happened. Now my boyfriend ordered me a christmas present in the Cyber Monday sale on 19th November and today on the 17th January it has still not been delivered.Even after writing on the companies Facebook page eventually got a response that those orders had shipped and if I gave them the order details they would look into it and contact Royal Mail. However if we look at the order on the Tea Palace website it says ordered not yet dispatched, if we look on the SHOP app it also says ordered not dispatched. It seems they will never resolve these issues and I must say at over £30 across the orders this feels like it's turning into theft now. I love their Tea I drink it every day and have had it gifted many times. Now I just don't know perhaps I need to find a new tea company. Why do you have an issue sending tea to me or my address in York near where your new shop is?? Maybe writing this bad review will make you respond to me or maybe it will just disappear never to be seen or responded to. I am so utterly disappointed with the way this company seems to be going.
Tea Palace refill order
I have ordered refills from Tea Palace over several years and received them within good time. However, the order I placed this December 2021 has not arrived, I have telephoned several times without the call being answered. I have emailed twice, without any response. I am beginning to think, as other reviewers do, that they have gone out of business and taken my money with them.

Scammers
Do not place an order with this company as it’s likely it will never arrive. I placed an order at the end of November and it’s no where to be seen. They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. They are either in Asia, handpicking the tea leaves themselves or have ran off with my money. I think the latter.

November 28th placed order (yes I do realise Black Friday, run up to Christmas, COVID, Brexit)
November 29th money taken from account to pay for goods
January 6th still waiting for goods
I have contacted Tea Palace using their form asking for update have also emailed
Only contact 2 emails
1) asking me to review my experience
2) reminding me to review my experience
So I have complied with their request and now completed my review
Loyalty means nothing to these people
I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years buying tea regularly as its the only tea I drink at home. Loyalty means nothing. I put an order in on the 27th November. I was told on the 13th December they would try to dispatch by the end of that week. Since then they have ignored all emails. It's an absolute farce, they have £140+ of my money and they simple ignore you.

Order not received
I've bought tea from Tea Palace for a number of years online and from their shops, however the service has been deteriorating. On 29 November 2021 my online ordered was confirmed, on 9 December I was told my order would be despatched on 10 December. As of today 27 December order still lot received, have tried to contact Tea Palace a number of times since but no response. I have now emailed them to say I want to cancel this order. I will wait to see if they respond.

Love this Tea
I live in California and I have ordered from Tea Palace multiple times. My orders arrive in about a week to 10 days and in great condition. Our favorite teas are Afternoon at the Palace and Spearmint Green. If you are looking for a great quality tea, I highly recommend Tea Palace.
