On the 20th of january I have placed and paid an order from Italy. On the 20th of february I have sent the 7th reminder without reply because I did not receive nor the goods or a refund !!!

Tea Palace has been one of my favorite brands of tea for nearly ten years now. I found them in Covent Garden in their beautiful shop and have been ordering my go-to favorites internationally ever since. Their unique blends are delicious, their service prompt, and prices are reasonable, even shipping to the U.S..

Underwhelmed
Sadly alot of Tbags split upon arrival..
This was also a problem previous order.
Did make you aware, you sent out a replacement box, however, some of them were also split.
I question the quality control ans am sad that I have lost all confidence ordering with you again, obviously couldn't use my Tbags for there purpose!

A tea for every time of day
Found Tea Palace teas just before COVID hit and have been a committed customer since. Love the huge range of delicious variations on Earl Grey especially Rose Grey and lavender Grey for evenings and the Palace Grey for mornings. Their Lapsang is a wonderful light smoke perfect for relaxing afternoon brew. Looking forward to trying
more of their range.

I met the Tea Palace (TP) team when they were in Covent Garden. Real tea enthusiasts. Which is how they run their company. I have tried loads of their teas via their taste pots and my favourite is Earl Grey Excelsior. I drink it every day. I love their tea and found the best ever strainer which is the double holder stand alone strainer for £5.99. It's well worth having a go at trying some teas you may have never heard of. It's fun
