I orderd fo iphone 17 pro and i paid…

I orderd fo iphone 17 pro and i paid the amount but it faild . And the paid amount was shown as credit. After order iphone17pro, techstore send me an order number , when i send my order number by an email to techstore about cheking my order, they respond that there is no order on my name.
Now i have order sony earphones with that credited amount. Lets see what happen

I can't say anything because I didn't order anything. They just charged me for a membership that I've been trying to cancel for a long time, but you don't cancel it and continue to charge my card.
