Delivery on time

Delivery on time. Pleasant and polite guy assembled it for me. Overall good service and quality is great only issue with no delivery hour slot. Had to be home all morning

Had a small question about assembly and their support team not got back to me within the hour with a video guide. That level of service is rare these days. 0/0

Classy looking wardrobe

Very happy with how this looks in my bedroom. Real clean and classy look to it.It makes the room look fantastic and has lots of room.
It looks expensive and the space inside is great.

Absolutely amazing company and…

Absolutely amazing company and wardrobe.
Was so sceptical as didn’t see many reviews.
We paid the additional and had the company put the wardrobe together.
Chap who did this was the Incredible Hulk he was so good!
I am such a perfectionist and his work is flawless 👌🏽
The quality of the actual wardrobes is fantastic aswell.

Will be using this company for all our wardrobes in the future.

Quality product and excellent service

After searching for a long time I came across tesoro direct website and found the mirror wardrobe that I was looking for. Once I made the order I was surprised that the delivery was ontime and once delivered and setup there customer services also called to see if everything was ok and if I had any issues. This was refreshing to see as I dont see that from big brands. I found the product quality excellent and very sturdy better than other brands.

If there was an option to give 0, I would!

If there was an option to give 0, I would. Avoid purchasing from this company. They state they have 24/7 customer services which is not true, if they have then they don't know what customer services is. I placed an order on 4th July, I chased the company on 7th July, no answer, no response to the two online web service messages I sent. I sent an email on 11th July, and eventually got a response however they did not answer my email correctly as I asked for them to cancel my order to which they replied they were still awaiting confirmation from the supplier. Why is that relevant when I've asked for the order to be cancelled. It took a further 2 days for them to reply to confirm they cancelled by order, this was on the 13th July. However, they have not cancelled the contract with Klarna who are still holding my payment because Tesoro Direct haven't cancelled the order with Klarna. It is now 12 days later (25th July) and I've sent further emails and received no response. Tesoro Direct please cancel the order with Klarna so I can get my refund!

Update 12.4.26 received email requesting further information. There's nothing to add, this was now four years ago and my opinion hasn't changed!

While we work with Klarna to offer flexible payments, they are an entirely independent entity. We have no control over their specific banking or refund timelines once a cancellation is submitted. Although we followed our protocol by notifying them of your request straight away, it is clear the coordination between our systems was not as seamless as it should have been. We apologize for the frustration this caused and for the lack of a more efficient resolution.

Didn't honour an order

Bought a product from them, only for them to contact me a week later to say they needed an extra £20 to deliver because their courier costs had increased. Here's a tip, increase it for the next transactions, not the ones you've already confirmed. I cancelled and bought the product from another retailer at the originally quoted price from this lot.
