Fabulous service, caring and thoroughly recommended

I visited the hearing care partnership in Coventry when I was at my lowest point in my Tinnitus journey. I cannot speak highly enough of the audiologist Grichma who was supportive, kind and patient with me. I had a hearing test undertaken, some ear wax removal (through the micro suction) and on the ear sound generators (hearing aids without amplification) purchased (and programmed for tinnitus). Grichma scheduled follow-up appointments to see how I was doing and when I needed filters changing or extra batteries on the in ear sound generators this was swift and efficient. I credit Grichma as one of the key people who has helped me get back to living my life despite my Tinnitus. I would recommend anyone who has any audiology needs to visit her and the hearing care partnership.
