Thorough and Professional
Having suddenly gone deaf in one ear due to excess ear wax I made an appointment with Rebecca at the Hearing Care Partnership Easrbourne. She thoroughly and patiently worked to remove compacted wax from both my ears over the course of 3 appointments. Mine was a difficult case but she managed to remove all the wax gently and professionally. I can happily recommend her and the Hearing Care Partnership.

Hearing Aids
I had my hearing test and hearing aids fitted by Celeste de Freitas at the Victoria Medical Centre. The whole experience was straightforward. Celeste was great. She did the hearing test and the fitting of my hearing aids. Celeste explained everything and answered all my questions. When I left I felt confident on how to use and look after the hearing aids.
