Great kit with really helpful support from staff
I avoided buying hearing aids for years but the Oticon set I bought in West Norwood have changed many things for the better, not least conversations I have with my family. I hesitated over the price but they are probably the best piece of kit I've ever bought: linked to an app on my phone, they are simple to work, easy to recharge, very tidy and discreet. The backup service has been great too.
