Ordered on 1 February for a Valentines Day gift. It never came, so I contacted customer service and they made the determination it was most likely lost.
Then when they attempted to re-order the color I originally ordered was out of stock. Instead of being a sour puss and because of how great and patient they were with me. I went ahead and picked another color. I would 100% recommend this product!

Warmy's response time and customer service is second to none! I was very thankful to work with them and know I would get a response for any questions or needs. They are very helpful, encouraging, and affirming. The only thing I would hope the company could improve on in the future is the delivery service. If the funds permit it in the future, upgrading their delivery company would give them superstar service!

I ordered 4 Hoodie Dresses as a Christmas gift. I thought they looked great and were a thoughtful gift. 2 months later, the recipient of the gift expressed to me that they actually did not like the look or fit. I was distressed, as the 30-day return limit had already passed. I decided to try my luck and reached out to customer service to see if they would facilitate a return. They heard me out and were pleasant, flexible, and helpful throughout the entire return experience. Kudos to the team.

I purchased 4 of these hoodies and never received them. The tracking number kept indicating it was going back and forth to two different sorting facilities in FLORIDA! I do not live anywhere near FLORIDA! I had to contact USPS to confirm the package wasn’t even marked with my shipping address and that was when Warmy indicated they would refund me but instead of refunding my full price they kept $15 for themselves. I am pretty sure this company is a SCAM!

The product itself is actually pretty decent. However, the advertised date of delivery was for Valentine’s Day. I made the purchase 5 days prior to that based on the fact it was showing delivery on time to be given as a gift. After several communications via email which were very clearly done by AI, where I was reassured the shipment was coming and to be patient. 10 days after the purchase date I’m told that I needed to pay extra for the express shipping. Had this been mentioned earlier it would have set my expectations instead of having all these frustrations. Their shitty customer service and false advertising of shipping delays encourage me to lead you away from this company. They do not deserve your business and your hard earned money.

I purchased the buy 3 get one free. When I was checking out it showed I paid for 4. I hit the enter key so I immediately sent a message asking why one wasn't free. It was within minutes I had a response from them explaining why it appeared that way.
They have a really nice site to visit, customer service is fantastic!! I can't wait to get the items!

This company is a complete scam. Garbage product. Lower than Temu quality. Absolute Junk. Do not buy.... I made the mistake of buying and it is costing me 50.00 just to return this shit! Save your money. I'm gonna personally ruin this company. They pissed off the wrong person...and I'm gonna do it for kicks at this point.
They show an ad that has the hoodie with the hearts embroidered on the sleeves, but that is not what you get after you hit the link on FB or TicTok to go to their site and place an order. I contacted them and they said "Oh that's a "limited edition item, which you didn't order". This a low key scam, and they don't care.

I am always a little apprehensive to order from websites I find on social media. However, I really wanted to try The Warmy oversized hoodies. I did the buy 3/get 1 free deal. They came beautifully packaged and quite quickly. The colors are wonderful. The material is so soft and comfortable. They are well-made and fit pretty true to size. Great purchase!!

It took me several emails and phone messages (frustrating that you can’t get a person) only when I stated I was going to contact my bank did I get a response. After that it went well. I do like the product very much. Just need to improve the customer service aspect of the business.i placed a new order and made a mistake and they fixed it in minutes! Thank you
