Honestly, they are so quick to help, be there and support. I’ve been working with this agency going on to the second year now and ever since the very beginning I haven’t faced any delay, problems or lack of support. I’ve only experienced support and help from every single person at the RSA. Lynique helped me secure a role within a few days which was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and attentive. Angelo and Lucy are so informative on their training, and I’ve gained so much knowledge from them which I will carry with me for life. After 30 years running a niche agency I was ready to transform and scale and we are winning. My leadership/coaching skills have improved, resulting in a stronger team of experts on delivery. I now have more time to think about strategy and retained business is now my minimum standard for permanent recruitment.

You absolutely have to put in the work to get results, and you also have to trust the process and adapt it wisely for your own business.

Ken Eslick is their master student and he's become a top coach with them. They are offering a great forum for shared expert knowledge and experience if you show up.

I was hesitant in the beginning but these guys change the game! Rigorous training, peers to connect with and live sessions with real world problems they solve. I would recommend them to any company with recruitment needs.

I would (and have) recommended this course to many. It really was an amazing experience: timely responses, clarity, inspirational and all round such an outgoing and accommodating team.

As a past employee , this was the worst career move I could have made.set me back, after hiring new people and letting them go just before Christmas because your business isn’t making “enough money” what an excuse to get rid of staff.

Absolute waste of money! Lied to me to get me to buy then refused to refund me. Don’t go anywhere near this guy or any of his business.

I ran a recruitment company for many years then went back into corporate life, I signed up to the course in 2023 until a few months ago finally left, i wanted to give my dream another go. A lot of pressure sales from them promising financial freedom and the world and stroking egos. It was a total scam they try to suck you into a cult based around the founder who had some mediocre success in the past using now outdated automated tools and hiring cheap labour from Philipines and Pakistan etc. his agency makes a couple million a year (I am skeptical if it even did that previously) the main business is milking recruitment companies of their money. It never stops.

The details outlined on the other one star reviews are accurate I agreed with 100% so won’t repeat them here. I will add.

They don’t respect or really know you the founder who I call the cult leader comes on the weekly call trying to create some kind of aura around himself and gives generic advice never knows you or your business, he relies on an American guy who is probably the only guy to have some success on the course and now participates and helps in the course, his success was likely due to the American guy himself who is a dedicated meticulous individual who would be successful in any recruitment or sales based company.

They ask for 10k to join the course and you use your money to buy and implement the tools they recommend and then constantly badger you to sign up for elite programmes and hire their outsourced people they have a factory of sourcers and recruiters they want you to hire from them. They will charge thousands to stay on the course and their resources usually people in South Africa you pay thousands as placement fee.

In my view it’s his main gig, although pretends to be this massive entrepreneur in Dubai it is designed to constantly milk recruitment companies that survive the programme with elite mastermind BS and hiring their resources etc.

The founder is based in Dubai selling courses and openly says his mentor is a well known and controversial motivational speaker called Dan Pena (go ahead look them both up)… and make up your own mind!

Signed up the agency blueprint a couple of years ago at a cost of almost 10 grand after pressure sales tactics, ego being stroked, and promised the world. Unsurprisingly, didn't deliver.

The course material is largely old zoom recordings, much of which is outdated by the time you view it. Worse than that, it's actually promoting systems they no longer promote in the wider company, creating total confusion.

The live sessions are poorly organised and of no real value.

They don't care what stage you are at in business, they will pretend they have a solution for you. The crux of their training is 1) get an offshore member of staff and 2) use an email marketing software to send lots of emails. Not much more.

If you sign up you will be constantly spammed for other courses and I was even asked to write a review of the book they released on amazon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also had strong suspicions that all the 3rd party sign ups they encouraged (whether CRM or marketing tools) had some kind of affiliate marketing with it, just a suspicion which I can't prove but seemed likely given the way everyone was encouraged to use the same stuff.

I met 2 now friends through the programme, so that is one bonus, and none of the 3 of us would recommend this to anyone. I am sure it is useful for some, but I doubt it is for the majority.

The guys at the theagencyblueprint.com are very weird with their approach to potential clients, I'd avoid them myself but would like to know what other people think of them.

And wondering why their 300 plus clients or whatever they claim to have haven't left a trustpilot review and the only 'reviews' they have are on their website only. This changes now.
