Love my bomber jacket.....

Love my bomber jacket. The quality is exceptional and it’s a joy to wear. Wondered at first if it was slightly too big for me but I’ve realised that it’s just part of the styling of this jacket. I feel a million dollars when I wear it. Stylish and fun. Very, very happy 😊

Great products -- purchased 2 coats for…

Great products -- purchased 2 coats for myself and my girlfriend.

The ordering was easy, delivery fantastically quick !

I loved the packaging, and then the product itself. Quality is first rate, comfort absolutely amazing !!

They also look completely banging !

Definitely would absolutely recommend !!!!

4/5 stars, but beware of return shipping costs.

1st star: the quality of the jacket is amazing. It is warm, quality is good and actually pretty stylish.
2nd star: Customer service would reply in a timely manner and they are polite, patient and willing to work with their customers.
3rd star: Prices are reasonable for the quality
4th star: Good website, lots of marketing and ads on Instagram and its trends are catching on to many people.
However, you must be aware that unlike many retailers, they will NOT cover your return shipping if a size does not fit or a product is defective such as my case. I ended up spending $200 re-shipping the jacket from Canada to the United Kingdom and they did not cover the cost. This is a big warning to customers, make sure to use their size fitter on their website to make sure you purchase the correct size. And if they send you a defective product, too bad for you, you gotta cover the return shipping. They will though ship out the replacement for free.

Returns terrible

Returns terrible. It has been over 4 days now for me waiting to hear back as to where to send my product back, despite 2 emails!

Both emails have been responded to within 1 working day, the return instructions and link have now been sent 3 times, I have also sent the customer the address separately and instructions on how to return manually as I believe you may be having some trouble using our return portal.

Can’t fault the service and shipping…

Can’t fault the service and shipping and customer service. But jacket was delivered by UPS at 09.39am tried on didn’t fit was way too big. Quality is insane on these jackets tbf, the material is proper padded and the inside replica rabbit fur is lovely. A tad oversized, so i recommend a size down! Maybe reduce the size the fur on the hood a little too big

Gorgeous jacket and great customer service!

Daughter absolutely loves her jacket - she’s been after one for a while! Originally ordered one that was too big, so we ordered a smaller size and returned the original. Refund received within a week of being returned so can’t fault the service!

Missing Coat

I ordered a very expensive coat over 10 days ago which I have still not received. I had 2 e mail from UPS saying my item would be delivered on a certain day ?! The item never arrived however I had an e mail saying it had arrived. Then I had another e mail saying it would be delivered the following day. It hasn’t arrived! Arctic Fox have told me I have to wait 2 weeks for an investigation into this. In the meantime I have no item which I have paid for. In the customer service world I work in I have to immediately rectify problems to ensure the customer is not left dissatisfied. I am so disappointed and upset.Oliver has been great at communicating with me during this process. This is not his fault. I’m more frustrated with UPS and how long this is taking to resolve. This has now been resolved and a refund has been issued along with 15% off my next order. Oliver has been really helpful. I believe their policy and delivery company has been changed. Thank you.

I am sorry that the item hasn't been delivered. As per our company policy, we need to open an investigation with the courier.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused, however, we cannot offer a replacement or refund until the case is investigated fully, we need to make sure that the item hasn’t been delivered.

Our tracking details show the item was delivered, therefore, until proved otherwise, we are unable to take any further action.

I have emailed the investigations team, however, during COVID, everything is taking longer than usual.

I will be sure to keep you updated.

I sincerely apologise and completely understand your frustration.

Until we have more information, we won’t be able to replace or refund.
