We applied for a dog wash machine

We applied for a dog wash machine. Luke and Lewis kept changing the goalposts, but we jumped through every hoop. Lewis encouraged me to pass money from one business to another business through my personal account. Surely this is money laundering. Later on, he wanted me to pretend to be the management director of a company with which I have no connection. In the end, the whole thing fell through, but I'm very glad because there were too many warning bells, and we were treated badly. They came by night to steal the machine away.

We take the accuracy of public statements about our business seriously, and this review requires a response. The facts in this matter are straightforward.

The machine referred to was our property and was never paid for. After communicating directly with the reviewer that we would be recovering it due to non-payment, we did so. Recovering unpaid property that belongs to your business is entirely lawful - we want any reader to be clear on that.

Regarding the suggestion of money laundering - this is a false and reckless allegation, and we are taking legal advice accordingly.

We made every effort to work with this reviewer, including offering a joint venture partnership which was declined. We will not allow false statements to go unchallenged, particularly where they misrepresent entirely lawful decisions made to protect our business and our property.

Brilliant invention

First time using one of these stations and thought it was brilliant. Located in a country park that was very muddy . So
One muddy chow popped into the station and washed , shampooed , conditioned and dried off in 15 minutes.

Emma was always on hand to help from enquiry through to installation. The finance process with Lewis was a breeze and the installation team, Harry and Matt were on the ball and helpful.

Feedback from excited dog owners having used the machine is positive.
