Bought a used part condition was worse…
Bought a used part condition was worse than the one I have. I only needed the rubber coupling that came with the part so I ended up reusing my intercooler. You guys could have at least cleaned the dust off with a sanitation wipe make it look presentable even a little spray of WD-40 to give it a nice polish shine. Come on dude. Are you guys really that lazy not to mention my part was not sent out in a timely manner. Shipping took longer than expected and couldn't even track my package. Worst experience ever!

Sir, the part we sent was 100% functional. It was a plastic tube with the rubber boot. You informed us that the boot was the part you where after. If you where dissatisfied with the product we would have gladly taken a return but you did not contact us. If you purchase a used part you get it as it comes. It is used. It was checked for any debris on the inside that would effect its function and nothing was seen. As for the shipping; The order was placed on the 18th. It was packaged on the 19th. It was dropped off with our shipments on the 20th. You emailed us on the 22nd at 11:29 at night when we where closed. We where closed the 23rd (sunday) Then again the morning of the 24th you emailed us. We gave you free shipping, which is ground shipping. UPS did not update the tracking information. We have NO control over this. UPS does the updates. Not us. Ground shipping from the east coast to your location is 4-7 business days. By our count, it left us the 20th. Would have been taken by UPS either the 21st or 22nd. It was delivered to you on the 28th. On the high end, that is 7 business days. Well within the estimated time for ground shipping. We answered all of your emails as you sent them. We did everything we needed to on our part.

I ended up stripping the thread on my oem down pipe didn’t when trying to fit the bolts fast religion gave I believe it was the wrong thread pitch so right now i have an exhaust leak but this weekend i should be fixing it just going to use a smaller threaded bolt and a nut as long as the bolt i stripped come out but over all shipping was fast packaging was and I will definitely be being more parts from them in the future

Sorry you ran into an issue, we looked your order up and it says your ordered hardware for an aftermarket downpipe. If you are using a stock downpipe, that requires different hardware than what you where provided, based on your order details.

Great place to buy if you have a Juke.
