One star for failing to provide single sex toilets. Gender neutral with urinals and a shares wash basin mirror is not inclusive of women. A really uncomfortable experience.

This is usually my favourite cinema in town, but the customer service I experienced today was just sad and well below expectations. On arrival, the receptionist directed me to Screen 3 and told me the film would start in 15 minutes, despite my ticket showing an 8:00 pm start. She also suggested I could wait in the bar downstairs, which was not of my interest. Following her guidance, I waited outside the screen for 15 min only to enter in the room and find the film already well underway. When I raised the issue, the receptionist refused to take responsibility and offered no apology. I asked to speak to the manager, who was courteous and attentive, and issued a credit note. This is a fantastic venue, but better attention to detail, customer focus, and staff training are clearly needed to avoid such poor and disappointing experiences.

without doubt the best cinema in London! Never had issues with dweebs on their phones and people are actually respectful cinema goers! the place itself is amazing aesthetically, with great well priced drinks and forward think 21st century toilets. More places like this please! It actually makes going to the cinema enjoyable.

The cinema itself, the internal design seems new, everything smelled new and is clean. Watched a great film etc. UNTIL I visit the bathrooms. What do I find? UNISEX bathroom. Yes, the walls and doors are top to the floor, but many females (as well as males) don't want to wash hands next to a guy eyeballing you in the mirror. Women adjust their clothing or have personal hygiene issues and sharing with men is unacceptable! There is no reason for this except to take women's safe spaces away!
Another business on the boycott list for doing unisex toilets. Never again will I visit this cinema, not even if invited.

First experience with Garden Cinema. Asked to switch tickets to a different showing because could no longer attend but was refused because their policy did not allow it. Didn’t want a refund just wanted a different showing where they had lots of empty seats. Shame because I was looking for an independent cinema in town to go to but won’t be trying them again.
