Searched the web for a necklace that had both magnets and hermatite and gem tree had just the thing .I even scrolled ebay , and you can have one or the other not both GEM TREE had just what i needed as i suffer with degeneretive disc disease in my neck top shop excellent quality and great price many thanks a very happy custtomer .

As per my note on the returns slip. I found The Gem Tree to be extremely helpful when I needed assistance re various products (I found the web-site a little unclear), James was informative and patient and super helpful... I returned my unwanted product with ease and re-ordered correctly which was delivered the following day! Does customer service get any better???? Not in my experience.

I like gemtree because everything is beautiful and you keep the cost so low I dont know how you do it, but you do and thats not something other sites do, ive been using your site for some time now, even my family have started buying me crystals and oils for gifts for birthdays and christmas, ive told my friends who 2 are into our world, its a successful bisness and please dont stop, namaste

I have bought from The Gem Tree before, through Amazon, but could not find the product on the website so contacted The Gem Tree via e-mail. I received an immediate, positive and friendly reply. I constantly recommend people to The Gem Tree and of course will continue to be a customer myself.

I ordered some runes recently and unknown to me there was a fault with the standard of the bags they were issued in. A nice chap from Gem Tree contacted me to advise accordingly and to see if I would accept an alternative bag. He had to contact me twice as I didn't read the emails properly and finally had to give me a call. Now that's what I call customer service (and I work in a high pressured customer service environment), so I know what I'm talking about! The problem was resolved and I've actually ended up with a better bag.

There was a problem with online payment by credit card but this was resolved by James, in admin, who forwarded the order to the inhouse team who had the order packed and ready to go when my cheque arrived. no problem is insurmountable with this company.

The goods were of excellent quality and I will be ordering again very soon.
