Same as all the other reviews, checked online banking, strange transaction, googled company brought me straight to this page, went back and checked my email and found a download link, to a book which I believed to be arriving in hardback for a friend's birthday.

Absolutely awful company to deal with if in fact they are a company. Ordered what i thought eas a hard back book and not adigital download. This never arrived so after several emails informing them and them insisting there are no fefunds. I had to finally instigate legal action. I informed them of this and they agreed to send me a refund. I therefore stopped the action. Don't deal with these people, they are either incompetent or crooks.

Absolute scam ! Like others - I wish I read the reviews before - I would have run a mile ! Do not order !
I didn’t even get the digital link - just happily took my money and did not respond to my messages asking for refund !

I ordered a box set of books through Regbooksi, appearing on my credit card statement as Trachero. As with everyone else’s experience, I unexpectedly received a digital copy. This is false and misleading advertising in direct breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations. The retailer is under a legal obligation to not leave out important information in the advertisement or product description. They do not at any point refer to the book(s) being ordered being in a digital/PDF format. I have asked four times for a refund and simply get a response asking for my order details time and again. I will be reporting this entity to the Trading Standards office and to the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. My credit card will also be pursuing them. I have also informed their domain name registrar and reported them for fraudulent activity.

Same as the others didnt know i was purchasing online book it even says Postage and Packaging, false advertising a total scam

Bought a box set for £14.5 but received a digital copy. The website doesn't state the book is digital but they simply refuse to respond to my emails.
I cannot understand how they are allowed to do this?

Contacted them after 20 mins to cancel as realised a mistake i made, they did not want to know, after trying to email etc, they take your money & run, avoid

I ordered the 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid' set of 13 books as advertised on the website and this never arrived, when I contact the merchant by email that is when I realised the version was online (which was never mentioned on the advert), so I asked for my refund as it was not what I have bought and he refuses to do it.
The advert it is misliading.
I purchased this set for my son's birthday present and was never delivered.
I think it is just fair to have my money back as I've never received the item I purchased and more importantly what it was advertised.

I bought what I thought was 15 books for my Grandson, but I was told they are digital (nowhere on the website does it say digital) The photo showed 15 books. So I emailed for a refund and was told they don't refund digital orders, so I said I was taking this further so they said they would refund me. I haven't had the refund yet, but was told it may take 5/10 days so I will see !

Scammers. Ordered book on 9th may 22. They have taken money from my account. Still have not received book. Cannot find way of contacting them. I believe they are advertising for low cost books to draw you in. Avoid at all costs.

Thought I’d purchased a book as that is what I searched for and nowhere does it say that I was purchasing a download. This was supposed to be for a birthday present so is money down the drain.

Had the same experience as other people. Thought I was buying a hard back book only to get an ebook and then the d ownloiad disappears so even though I have paid for it I now have sweet fa.
Total rip off as many others have said!

Scammers. Not the product expected just a download.... Falsely advertised products. Looks like you'll get the hardback book but you don't. Multiple attempts to contact to no avail. Link doesn’t work so they’ve had my money but no goods received, virtually or otherwise. Avoid!

This company is a Scam I placed an order for 2 books but the link they sent does not work. emailed them and all i got was email saying i had received a link to download the books. I also wish i had read the reviews on here first. I hope this company gets closed down before they con others.

Ordered 21/09/2021 Jamie Oliver Together Memorable Meals Made Easy £8.20 (by debit card) & like everyone who has gone before me had not received their purchase. Oh how I wish I had looked at these reviews BEFORE I made this transaction! I have resigned myself to the fact that I will NOT receive my order OR a refund from these scamming, fraudulent BARSTUARDS!
