Same as everybody else, bought what I thought was a paperback book and noticed an email with a "click to download" button. Told all sales are final and no refunds will be given. I have reported to trading standards. Noticed their office address is for a shoe shop in London - VERY suspicious!

Beware - this is a con!
As stated by several others - you don’t get a book - you get a link to download one.
I’m usually good at avoiding such scams but the book I wanted was only marginally cheaper on here than on Amazon so it didn’t jump out as being “too good to be true”.
I’ve scored the site and can’t see anywhere that it tells you it only sells digital books.
A complete rip off - their response to my email was virtually “tough luck”.
Please avoid and spend your money somewhere you will actually get the product you purchased.

Same story as everyone else. Website needs shutting down. Absolutely ridiculous that it’s been allowed to still operate.

I normally check out reviews but this one slipped through the net! Took my money and guess what?! No book received! Comfort Book ordered and really NOT feeling comfortable 😫

On Google they advertise paper books but really they sell you pdf.

Same as pretty much everyone else... wished I had come here first. Company is a scam and i've had to raise the issue with my bank.

The don't send you a book, they send a PDF download for it. They deceive you into thinking you are going to get a book.

Scammed. Wish I'd checked it out first. Thought I was buying a physical book, not a download.

Like everyone else I have been scammed. Thought I was buying an actual book. Nothing on the website that stated it is was a download. This company seriously needs to be looked into

Unfortunately completely scammed like everyone else on this site. Again I thought I was buying a hard copy to instead be sent an e book link.

DO Not Use. This is a scam. They need to be taken down. I have written to the publishers association for their advice as this infringes copywrite and is digital piracy. I am hopeful that I will get help from The PA, however you will loose your money if you use this site. Update. They now have agreed to refund. Much legality used.

False advertising. Does not say that is a digital download only. Waste of Money.

Bought a book which I thought was paperback due to it being stated as paperback and free delivery, I waited over a week then when I contacted them and was told it was a download so I couldn't get a refund even thought they had false advertise their books.

Purchased a book from this company after a google search showed it to be better price. I wasn’t aware it was a digital copy. There is nothing on the site to say you are buying a digital book. I have sent a complaint to them and after 6 emails the company have said it’s on their website terms and conditions. The company may have a London address but they’re not in the uk.

Like everyone else, I was scammed. Currently being dealt with by credit card company.

As per every other review on here, thought I was buying a hard back book. After a week of nothing delivered by royal mail (as stated on website)and no tracking number provided I emailed. This is when they tell you it's a PDF down. They have refuse a refund giving the following reason; "Sorry this sale is final, no refund available for digital goods."

Awful. Complete scammers and take your money in exchange for a digital copy of a book. They don’t state anywhere on the website that the book is digital!

Not worthy of one star!! I was duped, the same as everyone else...I feel so stupid as I normally check reviews but didnt and here I am £9.50 out of pocket much like thousands of others...theiving Lithuanian b******s!!!

Yeah, should have come here first. They are basically scammers and only sell pdf versions of the books. I wouldn't mind if they at least tell you so on ordering, but they don't.
then they don't reply to your messages.

As per other customer reviews, I really wish I had read here first! It wasn’t at all clear I was purchasing a digital book etc and company refused to refund. I have opened a case with my bank. I emailed Harper Collins and copied The Global World in and by doing so they backtracked and offered to refund me. Will see if that happens but have also complained to Trading Standards (Consumer Advice dot scot if you are in Scotland).

*Update - the refund came through. After initially telling me no refunds, copying them into the email I sent Harper Collins prompted them to refund and the money did indeed go back in my card.
