Great meal prep company! I love the taste and range of their meals and delivery is always so smooth and easy. I also love that the macros are broken down and easy to understand - it makes it so much easier to track on my food tracker. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely selection of meals, great choices to suit all dietary requirements and goals (e.g. calorie surplus or deficit). A wide range of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to choose from. All the meals are very tasty and have a real depth of flavour and seasoned well. These meals are all part of a balanced diet yet they are not boring at all! Some of my favourites include: BBQ pulled chicken and rice, vegan pancakes and rigatoni bolognese.

Amazing meals- so tasty, well presented and great variety.

Particularly enjoying the chicken meals and the vegan options.

The snacks are also great with the brownie and granola bites being 2 of my favourite.

Loads of variety to choose from and all cals and macros listed on the tubs so easy to track.

Great tasting food, it’s helped me be better prepared for my long days. I’m not feeling a lot fuller and feeling great when at the gym.

I recommend them if you have a busy life and require tasty food quickly.

All I can say is wow. I'm a busy Uni Student and cooking nutritious meals can be so time consuming. Not only do they taste amazing, but they cater to your goal & requirements. I would 100% recommend

Easily the best meal prep company out there! Each meal is freshly prepared and have such high quality ingredients which really shows in the taste. There’s an amazing range of food to choose from: vegan & plant based, fish, traditionally indulgent meals like Mac and Cheese but all in calorie controlled portions shipped right to your door!

All macros and calories are clearly labelled on the boxes and the GoodPrep offer different plans to suit your goals from higher calorie meals for bulking, lower calorie meals for weight loss and maintenance calorie meals for those who are just pushed for time.

My boyfriend isn’t very health conscious at all and isn’t a clean eater but he tried some of my meals and said they were so tasty. A brilliant company with food for everyone’s needs!

Best meal prep I’ve tried. Food is unreal, I look forward to every meal. It’s great value for money and totally stress free.

Couldn't recommend this place any more. Amazing service, even better food, and so flexible.

I chose The Good Prep to help manage food intake with a busy lifestyle and it's helped no end. I can track calories and protein intake really easily and still look forward to every meal. I can honestly say every meal I've had is 10/10.

Excellent food and outstanding service. I have been using the grow and gain meal prep plan for 3 weeks and the food as been great. I also recommend the protein ball snacks.

There was a minor issue with a delivery but the customer service rectified the problem very well and solved the issue so thank you Sarah for that.

I can't recommend The Good Prep highly enough especially as each meal is tasty and varied.

Fantastic service. I switched from another highly regarded competitor because their food was arriving damaged - totally defeating the point of paying for the service.

I'm a week in with the good prep and they are awesome. Delivery times are brilliant so you're not waiting and without food Mon-Fri. Everything has turned up as expected and the packaging is really solid. The food has been delicious. I can't believe how full I am and how low the calories have been by the end of the day.

I've went with the trim and slim option so need a little more time to monitor weight etc. Can't recommend them enough. I suspect it will actually work out cheaper overall when I compare with ad-hoc supermarket purchases!

Hands down the best meal prep I have ever had.

Customer service is second to none. Sarah is absolutely brilliant - she was able to help give extra info and advice and could adapt meals where needed.

The taste and quality of the meals is far superior to any other meal prep I have tried (and I have tried a lot!). I used the Grow plan and the meals were very satisfying, varied and so very tasty. The sauces are all excellent, and really add to the dish, and the macros are excellent. I look forward to every meal!

The ordering and delivery is seamless. I was concerned about delivery - I live in a flat and often parcels can get left in the wrong place / not get delivered. Every single delivery was faultless, with the delivery notes being listened to. The ordering is so easy, and any problems are very swiftly dealt with.

I cannot recommend The Good Prep enough. Do yourself a favour and go try their 2 day taster - you will not regret it!

I have used so many meal prep companies over the years and more often than not, I have been left disappointed, either with taste, quality or variety.

'The Good Prep' really should be called 'The BEST prep'. I am continuously pleased with my meals and look forward to eating them.

As a vegan, I am often left til last, with offerings being dull, unimaginative and lacking in any thought or care. The Good Prep have a huge variety for me to choose from, that are consistent, rich in flavour, colour and have all my colleagues asking what the lovely smell is.

I recommend giving this meal prep company a try and regaining back your time each week cooking your own healthy meals. There is no contract so you can pick and choose if/when you need it. They also do a 2 day trial, which I did first, and was blown away.

I was trying some delivery food companies above UK, looking for healthy and tasty meals and a good service. Finally, I found it with them!

We’re ordering with Thegoodprep from March and I can say this is the best company I ever tried. Meals are awesome but the customer service is from another world.

Highly recommended. You don’t be disappointed.

I tried the maintain and sustain plan from the good prep and blogged my findings on my Facebook and Instagram blog “my world of slimming daily diary” where you can see photos of the meals.
The portions were very generous and the quality excellent, all the meals tasted great and were freshly made.
You certainly get what you would expect from a premium meal prep brand.

Excellent customer service, no hassle when I decided to stop (target weight reached). Quick to answer emails. Tasty meals, all delivered on time.

Absolutely delicious food. I could not fault it, generous portions and very filling. Customer service fantastic. well worth the price!

Good quality food but orders were mixed up with too many lunches and not enough diners. Not a big deal. Not quite sure if calories are correct though on the trim and slim plan.

First week. Great choice, good communication, tasty food and I felt full so no snacking! Would and have recommended to a friend.
