I ordered 4 cushions through Debenhams. This company sent the wrong colour. Now refusing to collect the wrong ones and send out the correct ones. Debenhams are passing the buck even though I paid them. They want me to lug 4 cushions to the post office to return when I have back problems which is why I ordered online in first place. No customer service. Avoid this company

Not hung them up yet but they feel good quality and good value for money in the sale. Delivery took just a few days. No complaints so far.

I ordered a set of curtains and door curtain which I am delighted with, so much so that I did a second order soon after. The curtains are excellent value and just as shown in the pictures on the website. I am very pleased with how they look now they are hanging in my dining room and kitchen.
The order arrived very quickly and there was good communication and tracking so I knew when my parcel was going to arrive.
I also purchased 3 tablecloths which are all great as well.

The curtains and cushions are beautiful, I have only downgraded my stars because I waited for 4 hours on Monday for a parcel that didn't arrive, I was concerned and checked RM for 2 days but they arrived safely and in good condition on the Wednesday. I will order again.

Although we didn't like the texture and colour of the curtains when they arrived, the process of return and receiving a timely refund has been good.

Ordered 3 pairs of woven blackout pencil pleat curtains between Xmas and new year- they arrived by royal mail on 2 January! Was delighted the Latte colour was exactly as shown online. The curtains are very soft, 100% blackout and hang well - that said the cool iron did not remove the creases and folds (think this would only work after washing which, as line dry, is not an option this time of year). Used a medium hot iron with no problem. I bought in the end of year sale and paid less for all 3 pairs than I had been looking elsewhere for one. Have had very favourable comments and look far more expensive. Oh and an unexpected bonus the curtains do have a thermal element to them although they are not advertised as such.
