Elaborate scam
Elaborate scam. I received a full refund from PayPal.
Seller hides behind perpetual shipping times and unusually prejudiced policies to prevent refunds.
The website fakes legitimacy with methods like an unreachable phone number and mistyped email addresses, a fraudulent claim of "featured on Esquire, Forbes (etc)" and a photoshopped image of a model with the website logo. The website claims being run since 2014 but the domain has only been registered for 9 months.
The return policy is nonsensical and evasive, including a dispute window of 30 days while claims are only accepted after 60 days, and there are no viable cancellation or refund options. I placed my order after a Facebook ad without taking a closer look (the website is very sleekly designed and convincing at first glance). I contacted the seller shortly after my purchase as it ticked off a lot of red flags but received no response, and after a brief dispute with PayPal staff I received a full refund.
FAKE SCAM!!! Don’t buy
From the start I had a bad feeling with this website. The exaggerated discounts should’ve triggered some alarm bells. Stupid as I was, I ordered some iPhone covers. The status of my purchase is still “getting ready for shipment” after 60 days. I’ve contacted them and asked for a refund. Got one email with the answer that they can only give me a store credit. I don’t trust them at all, so I’ve started a claim via my credit card company to revoke the money.
Ordered a pair of earbuds back in…
Ordered a pair of earbuds back in february, took like 3 weeks to arrive... but other than the longer shipping time the earbuds are actually really good sound quality, if you can wait for the shipping times the earbuds are a decent deal
Complete scam
Complete scam. Offers free headphones, charges for shipping, and sends nothing. The website doesn't even sell anything else. I should've realised and now I feel idiotic for giving them my money. Avoid at all costs.
