Doesn't Get Any Worse…

I hired one of their experts to help me with a FB ad setup. I asked what I needed to prepare before we met, and she gave me a list of three items. After one month and three calls, I learned that was about 30% of what I really needed to prepare. The expert came to calls unprepared, and on the third call let me know she had forgotten that I had never set up an ad before. At the end of the 2nd call, she suddenly deleted everything we had done and we had to start over. During the calls, she threw tantrums and burst into swearing, but by far the worst was when she canceled call #4 after I asked that she make sure to give me a complete list of all the items I should be preparing, and left me hanging. I still can't wrap my head around how unprofessional this is, especially as setting up this ad in a timely manner is crucial for me. I had a follow-up call with one of the managers where they defended the expert's mannerisms and actions and said they could see her side. No wonder she felt so comfortable behaving this way!
