A respectful buisness!

This is my first time ordering from this company. They had a product that was out of stock at all the other online stores. So I went for it and was very impressed with the shipping. I live in California and the order was processed on Monday and by Wednesday I had my product in hand and it came all the way from south Florida. Also was in perfect condition. So by any standards that is what you call impressive! In today's times of high shipping standards if a company is not shipping within 48 hrs you need to spend your money elsewhere because big companies get complacent about the respect they have for their customers and simply become shitty, so small businesses like The Stash Shack shines like a diamond because they show respect and in my world that is everything. Thank you!

This place is definitely for the customers!

I’ve ordered more than a few times from stash shack and always great product at the right price. Today was first time I had an order arrive broken. I don’t even know how because it was packaged good but stash shack set me straight in just a few messages. Simple, easy, great customer service & prices and that’s why I keep returning to buy more

I originally ordered a piece. Waited a week and it showed up broken. So i sent an email to stash shack an they immediately responded. I showed them pictures of the break and they immediately started packaging another. They also took extra care in the warehouse and wrapped my product with bubble wrap and extra paper. I just received my piece fully in tact and i am a very happy customer. Thanks

A good and honest company with great products…

I’ve been ordering from the stash shack for several years now. Every order has been correct and they always offer freebies with your order! they are very responsive if you have any questions and are very helpful with any devices. I’ve ordered glass and devices and the glass is always very well packed never broken and the devices are always new and packaged very well so they arrive in stellar condition. The shipping is either very cheap or free with tracking and is very fast to deliver. I feel like I’m dealing with friends. That’s what it’s all about friends taking care of friends.

The Caged Beast

The Caged Beast. When I saw the YouTube video of this piece with “probably stoned” doing a review. This is so bad ass looking. And the Matrix Perk is huge. So the airflow has to be great. Ordered it right away. What a great experience. It came super fast. The Stash Shack site is super easy for an old head like me to navigate. I wanted to use it for a while before telling you it’s the best piece I’ve ever used. The function???? Forget about it. It’s great. Really easy to clean. So long story short is that The Caged Beast gets a 11 out of 10. And I’m so happy that I know about The Stash Shack. I will definitely be back with my homies.

I order some new tips for my little…

I order some new tips for my little dipper from them. They sent me out a bonus , a storage bag with zipper to store the device in along with the 2 new tips and a silicone holding container . THANK You very much, I would highly recommend this company. Product came fast

I've sent several messages to Stash…

Edit 2: I said no contact from Mike re: a replacement other than to say work with my vendor. At this point it's a write-off unless I miraculously receive a replacement sometime in the future.

Edit: Response from Stash Shack is incorrect. 1) I've checked all my mail folders and have no emails from them. 2) I have not been sent a replacement nor have I been contacted by the mfg about a replacement, the mfg response was to work with my vendor.

Original message: I've sent several messages to Stash Shack regarding a refund for my Angus Enhanced purchase with no response. The AE has been all but recalled because of glass fibers used to insulate the electronics. Other vendors are refunding but Stash Shack has ghosted me.

If you need further help, please contact us at help@thestashshack.com. We have no need to "ghost our clients". This issue can easily be taken care of. Especially Mike from YLL is super responsive and always contacts us in less than 24 hrs to handle our clients warranty claims.

Please reach out. We are more than willing to help you.

Mike from YLL will always replace your unit if it is defective. He will NEVER point to us for a warranty claim. He deals with warranty claims directly.

If you were never contacted by the manufacturer, how could he have responded to deal directly with the vendor? That is incorrect information and MIKE from YLL would have never given that instruction, for that is not his policy.

All items in our store are covered by the same manufacturer warranty as if you bought them with the manufacturer directly. With the difference that we will help you start your warranty claims if you get in touch with us.

This manufacturer and many others handle their warranties directly. The manufacturer has already agreed to ship a replacement. I believe you already received it and wanted to ship it to us for a refund. Unfortunately that is out of our policy.

The Stash Shack will always help our clients by putting them directly in touch with the manufacturer so that they can easily make their warranty claims.

As stated in our policy, damaged items are eligible for a replacement and not a refund.

Please let us know if you need further help with your warranty claim.

BUYER BEWARE!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They did not ship my item at a reasonable time. Shipping is already long enough with 5-7 days delivery time for them to waste a whole day for shipping. I emailed them to cancel order and refund me my money, then they decided to ship out item.
I ordered elsewhere and they shipped out immediately! I read some reviews afterwards and see that many others have encountered the same issue.

All our items arrive in 3-7 business days as stated in our shipping policy.

Got my stuff, but they deleted my review.

I got all my stuff in just fine from 'em. One of the pieces broke what felt like incredibly easily to me, so I went to leave a 1-star review. I left it, I received an email to verify it was me, then it disappeared. I thought I maybe swore or something and that got the review flagged, so I tried leaving another devoid of foul language, and the same thing happened. I don't think that's a particularly honest practice. My 3-star review I left of another item was allowed to stay up.

Now, it could very well be that 1-star reviews have to receive additional approval, but that still seems a bit odd to me. Anyhow, they have stuff for cheap; the glass has a chance of being equally cheap, too.

EDIT: I appreciate their reply, but it seems to me that the sensible thing to do would've been to let my review get posted on the item's listing and then reply to it there, instead of deleting every negative opinion I had about the item and waiting until I complain elsewhere about them as a business before they to do something. The other two glass pieces I purchased were nowhere near as flimsy. I won't be using them again.

TERRIBLE SO FAR

AWFUL ORDER # 16737 new UPDATE NOVEMBER 2- 2023 ****
this people dont bother to answer any emails still. very nerve wracking. after they take your money ull never hear from them again. its as if they hide. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE. i HAVE NOT received the refund or the items paid for. ofcourse they still dont reply ONE SINGLE EMAIL. i repeat stay away from these people.

When i placed my order i got included some other fee for some aditional "tracking service " for 6.95$.. you really cant see this addition to your order until you already paid... the text is more dimmed , is different from the regular format on the form... its "ON" by default... so they assume everyone wants it apparently... so once i noticed this unnwanted charge i wrote them letting them know... so they cancel my complete order with a refund ( that i havent recived yet) ... so i dont get why they didnt just refunded the problem amount... the 6.95$ , this seems to me like some "payback or revenge"... im not sure.. i told them "pls i wanna leave you guys a good review on trustpilot"... they seemed not to care so far. the full refund said something about "they think is fraud" which is silly nonsense... i dont know if thats what they had to do to refund this silly 6.95$ fee and thats why they have done it... but i will try again and i know i will make triple sure that damn fee is not included on the final bill. that fee to me feels unthical and sneaky.
if these guys think there is "some fraud" they can wait a couple days to see if anyone actually complains about "fraud" or reports something, THIS IS TOTAL NONSENSE, why would i demand a 6.95$ refund if "its fraud"...? i wouldnt care about it right?... its just plain silly. This seems like a "retribution move" for asking this unwanted fee to be removed. lets hope not.
ill try it again and ill be watching closely how they behave and ill edit and or ammend my review if warranted.
but it does drive you crazy how they dont reply sooner during weekdays office hours.. seems like they wake up at noon late... and they only seem to work 2 hours or so. cant they pay a fulltimer CS agent.. how long does it take to reply an email... specially with basic questios.. not more thatn 3 minutes.

Nice prices, bad support

Final update:
I boosted review from one to three stars. And iam happy to do it!
All and all guys could pull up awesome deals but lack of clear communication (like order eta, replies for my inquiries and stuff) kills all the vibe for me.
It’s not scam! But it’s not the nicest customer experience either.

Fancy online shop with no customer service at all, looks like scam to me.

Wanted to buy myself gift for birthday, even tried to contact support in advance to get estimates on shipping. No response.
Ordered item 3 days ago, tracking says it’s not shipped yet and I can’t get useful response from email, Facebook and phone.

Phone is just voice mail so they can ghost you professionally.

will be happy to update and change rating if anything will change.

Update after the answer:
Stop lying about replies.
So how many emails from me was and what have you replied?
You sent only spam about deals. So your answer is lie and bs.

Fast delivery, 3-6 business days.
For order placed on 16th of sept I can’t see how do you state 3-6 days delivery if you telling me that my delivery date is 27th.

Will be happy to live dialogue via email.
