Easy ordering, prompt delivery and quality product

The plants were ordered as 3 litre size however what arrived was different. The Canary palm had been grown in a slim, long pot and put in a 3 litre pot that wasn't tall enough. The pot was barely a third full of soil.
Th Acer was similar taken out of a very small pot and put into a larger one, not filled with earth.
There was no loose earth in the packaging.
I rang the nursery and spoke to a gentleman whose response was poor.
I'm afraid I thought I'd found a relatively local nursery I could use but I will not be using them again

Bought four plants - one was good but others were very poor specimens with dead wood, leaves and poor growth. Was offered return by nursery but cost and lack of packaging made this impossible. Very disappointed.

My shrubs arrived promptly. They were packaged well and delivered right side up. The plants were very healthy and already had small buds. They are doing well in the ground now. This small nursery takes great care with their plants and service and I have already ordered more. I highly recommend them.

I ordered two trees, both of which were larger than expected and cost signicantly less than comparable trees in local garden centres.
They were well packaged and delivered quickly and were in good condition so I'm hopeful that they will do well.
