Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I phoned up in the afternoon to order a bath. The gentleman said he would check the stock and call me back, which he did quickly. When I ordered it they managed to despatch it the same day and it arrived promptly the next morning :-)

Very happy customer

This is my second purchase from the Virtual Bathroom Store, and this experience was the same as the first and cannot be faulted.
The price was cheaper than anywhere else online. It arrived quicker than expected, and the quality was excellent.
Due to a change of mind on my part I had to return an item. This was stress free and my refund was processed immediately.
I will definitely use this company again.

Fast and Great service

Ordered a Vanity Unit Wednesday and it arrived by Friday in top condition. I had a query regarding the unit and I received a detailed a fast response

Would definitely recommend and will use again

Dreadful and would give 0 stars if I…

Dreadful and would give 0 stars if I could.
Took the payment for a bathroom vanity and sent an order confirmation.
4 days later decided they couldn't in fact supply the item now... offered ridiculous alternatives or a refund
Asked for immediate refund so I could source one elsewhere and obviously pay for it
A week later still no refund
Trying to contact them by phone is nigh on impossible
Emails took forever to be answered
Claimed they had refunded me the day I asked for it.
Lots of back and forth trying to resolve and time spent calling bank who advised they had not refunded it
They finally processed it it 8 days after they claimed they had done it.....
Don't buy from them
Don't trust what they say either....

However we would just like to clarify the following.
Your order was placed on Friday 25th August. and subsequently processed on Monday 28th August.
Unfortunately we had sold out of this product over the weekend and immediately
Contacted you to offer an alternative product or a full refund.
On Tuesday the 29th August you opted for a refund and this was processed the following day Wednesday 30th August.
3 working days from order to refund.
Subsquently you contacted us to say you had not received the refund from your bank.
We explained that we had no control over the time your bank took to process refunds back into your account and sent you a screen shot of an internal bank document from our computer system as proof showing amoung other details the following:-
The date and time of the refund 30/08/23 at 14.46
Confirmation of the transaction status -Refunded
The transaction i:d ..............................
Your bank should have been able to trace this refund from this information
Our records show that you phoned us on several occassions between August the 31st and September7th. Mostly out of office hours
These calls are logged as short call, caller hung up without leaving a message.
We appoligise for not returning these calls but at the same time we were in email contact with you trying to assist you in dealing with your bank and assumed this addressed the issues you had phoned about.
We understand you recieved your refund from your bank on the 8th September.
This means that your bank took 7 working days to processes this refund after it left us.
We are sorry you are unhappy with our service on this occassion but would point out that we have no control over your banks systems and we did issue the refund as originally stated

Delighted absolutely delighted

Delighted absolutely delighted. Ordered a bathroom cupboard with sink, toilet, and shower enclosure. The products are better quality than what I was originally considering and 22% cheaper. Ordered on Monday morning and arrived on Friday. First class service, would highly recommend.
