Great customer service! Really quick and I was able to get some money back for tickets purchased in error. Thank you to Andres for making the process go smoothly.

Kat set in motion a win-win outcome. At first I thought she was a tough negotiator, but she explained her reasons, and they made sense. Her professionalism and quick responses were impressive. As soon as I agreed to the price and sent the ticket, she wired the money via PayPal, added 5$ for fees as a courtesy. Within less than 2 minutes, I had the money in my bank account. You're paid in USD and you don't need to set up an account either. Amazing experience.

Nicholas was great! Very responsive and literally took 5 minute to transfer tickets and get my money.
