The handbag l received was not the one l ordered.
I have had a communication from TJC and l have been offered a full refund which l am happy to accept. Black handbags in plastic bags may all look the same in a warehouse and the item number was printed quite small.

I tried to order the collagen on special offer, but every time I tried to pay, it just came up with technical problems. I tried about 6 times and gave up. I went on in the morning and ordered what I thought was the 200g bags x 2 with spoons, but when it arrived, it was only 100g x 2. Really feel like I was duped. Not happy

Received the wrong number. Called customer service and requested a replacement for the product I paid for which was much more expensive than what they sent to me. Unfortunately they refunded instead to providing replacement.

Unsure whether to use any more so awaiting tjc customer support as to what happens next , if anything ..........
They are usually extremely good but I have used two viles of the product.
