We have recently purchased a vehicle from TPW Trading Limited and couldn’t fault the service.
We dealt with Liz who sorted everything out for us. She was knowledgeable and experienced in the business. Liz also organised the delivery of the vehicle to our home address at a reasonable price.
It was a pleasure to buy a van from this company and we would highly recommend.

When the car was delivered on a trailer, it had a slow puncture a tyre pressure monitor fault no internal lights faulty aerial signal and not the right parcel shelf. Tom had the car back for about three weeks. and I would say he got fed up of trying to get all the faults done refused to give me a refund and in the end lied and said the tyre fault happened when I had it and the aerial is still poor I would never use them again or recommend them to nobody.
Tom had the car 3 weeks for repairs why not have the sensor fixed?
Why not do a proper diagnostic on the aerial ?
Why not give me a refund when I asked twice?
Warranty is a waste of money as sensor is wear n tear

Rang TPW Trading spoke to Tom and arranged a viewing for the next day. Turned up and was made to feel very welcome. His wife offered refreshments. Passed me the keys for the vehicle I went to see and Tom told me to take my time viewing the car and told me to take it for a test drive. No pressure tactics at all. Car as described so bought the car. Will definitely use again. Very happy. 9/10 as no biscuits were offered to go with the coffee?!

What can I say the van is fantastic you can tell that these vans are well looked after. Mine still drives like it's brand new can't pick any faults at all.

Tom and his partner were also fantastic from start to finish helping me with the finance there customer service skills are second to none.

Would highly recommend anybody looking for a used van with new qualities to go to TPW you wknt be disappointed.

Exceptional Customer Experience
We purchased a Volkswagen Polo as a first car for a surprise for our son who turns 17 in January. Liz was so helpful and gave us plenty of space and time to look at the car, test drive and consider all the paperwork before we made our decision to go ahead with the purchase.
Liz sorted out the warranty and helped us with sorting tax and insurance so that we were able to take the car home on the same day. Would definitely recommend.

Met Tom at TPW Trading for my purchase of my van. Tom was helpful and friendly, also a dog lover. Van was delivered safely to my home address. Overall a great experience.

As someone whom has never owned a van like this Tom provided excellent advice and the whole buying process and return journey to London was effortless. I spotted a reasonably priced VW Cady Maxi with these guys. I enquired, 2011 and 219k miles for 5k.

It turned out that the salesman was heading down south anyway and helped with the delivery costs. Honestly i couldn't have found a better, more helpful, honest salesman. He doesn't know anything about injectors though, and dislikes rain.
