Finding a good car dealer these is a task.I recently bought a vehicle frim Tom TPW Trading limited ..From start to finish Tom was a gentleman came across as honest .He explained about my vehicle in a way that made sense.He gave me a fair trade in price for my old car and delivered my new car from Nothingham to Norwich with no fuss.So in a nut shell Tomand TWP Trading were amazing.Cheers Tom

From getting in touch to have a look at the van through to buying the van Tom's service was great. When arriving to buy the van it was very clear Tom wasn't your stereotypical salesman and was truthful and down to earth. Liz was also very nice and the sale felt professional and friendly. I had a minor issue with the van so I let Tom know and he had the repairs carried out as promised in the warranty. Absolutely brilliant experience, by far the best I've had buying a vehicle. I don’t normally write reviews but felt this was a must for a fantastic customer experience.

From start to finish the process has been brilliant, with Tom’s 12 years van knowledge & experience alongside side Liz’s customer service & administration attention to detail, simply made the whole van purchase for my new business a absolute pleasure, would certainly recommend TPW Trading again & again.

My husband purchased a Citroën Dispatch, we live in Caerphilly however Tom was happy to deliver it to us. Unfortunately when the van arrived we did have a few issues. My husband contacted Tom regarding the issues, it was no problem for Tom he sorted these issues immediately. Tom is clearly a genuine person who makes sure you are happy with your purchase. I bought a van from TPW 6 years ago and had great customer service and so went back there first. Tom and Liz were great again and gave me a price for my van to be part exchanged with another and encouraged me to sleep on it. (I had mentioned it was literally the first van i had looked at.) In the end i actually found a van else where that met my needs better for my line of work but because of the great customer service and no pressure attitude i felt it only the decent thing to do to ring them, say thank you and write a review. Tom was great and said no worries, thank you for letting him know and i knew where he was if i needed anything. Definately would reccomend TPW for anyone looking for a van and when the time comes for me to upgrade van again I will be a returning customer again.

Well, a large selection of vans. Great guy called Tom. Lets you change your mind, go back when ready. No hassle from start to finsh.
Icing on cake is driving the van home.

Bought a van from the very friendly staff Tom and his wife. Van had an issue upon arrival and was fix very quickly. Even came to me to replace the part. So I could carry on with the van brilliant service would recommend.

This place tells you that you have a full time job then uses you to collect all of his vehicles and while my daughter is intensive care only being 6days old he decides it will be a good idea to finish me and come up with aload of rubbish about can't insure me with my points but he knew this and said it's fine he can still insure me beginning of April please people don't trust this guy he is dishonest and will do you over with anything including rubbish vehicles that are just bodged together just to get rid he asked me to bodged loads of vans together soon as I said not a chance he then started taking the funnies please stay clear of this guy tom he's a total waste of space the good reviews on this guys site most of them are people he knows and he pays them to put good reviews on for him

I recently chose TPW Trading to purchase a small van.Tom was really helpful and accommodating & gave me a great price on a trade in with my own van. Unfortunately soon after purchasing the van and leaving my deposit my circumstances changed & I couldn’t have it.Tom was completely understanding of this and promptly gave me my deposit back and said he would also buy my van off me at anytime down the line,therefore I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your next vehicle

I was struggling to get a van that wasn't falling apart or had major issues TPW helped me out an sold me a van that was perfect for me and my needs and was very honest an upfront if there is something wrong they will tell you very friendly and welcoming also would like to add Tom was a top bloke down to earth had a pleasure meeting him thankyou very much
