Aweful company and a bunch of thieves I am stiil trying to get them to cancel my account for 3 years - we have the same stupid conversation. AVOID this company at all costs.

Total scam website. Do not use. They don't store your files they just take your money and then disappear so you can't stop the payment. They also steal the password you enter into the website and use it to try and log into every website you use. AVOID. Awful scammers with no morals.

DREADFUL... The worst company I've ever dealt with. It must tell you what they're like if over 90% of their reviews rate them as POOR.
Hopefully people will list to the average person, who is driven to write and give such poor reviews, and with a bit of luck save themselves the terrible experience I've had.
Even now I've left, and emailed them to close my account, they still keep emailing me, and it's literally impossible to get to the Unsubscribe option on their site.

Stay away! This platform is horrible. Their tech staff is completely useless. I made the mistake of giving them remote access to my computer to fix a problem, and the tech was going into areas of my computer with sensitive account information that he had no business being in. I spent more than 4 hours on chat support and no one knows what they are doing. They do not offer any phone support. The product worked good for the first couple years I used them, but the last two years have been terrible. The backups no longer work and though it appears to be backing up my info, it does not appear in the cloud. Do not use this platform. The product is substandard, their tech support is useless and not trustworthy.

I have to give one star to be able to post this review - otherwise I'd give a zero...

I had problems recovering backups for two machines - content just disappeared from the JustCloud system and was unavailable to me to download. The technical people tried to help via chat, said they'd get back and didn't. I chased. They tried again via chat, said they'd get back and didn't.

The ability to recover a backup is fundamental to any backup utility, so I emailed their cancellation team to cancel my account. No reply. I emailed them again. No reply. I emailed a third time to all the email addresses I had for JustCloud. No reply.

I've cancelled auto-renewal, so expect the account to be deleted when they can't get payment for the next year. However, no refund for the part of the current year when I haven't been using their 'service'.

You have been warned...

What can I do? Just sitting and crying.

Absolutely terrible. Their system was rubbish. It took ages to upload anything and trying to retrieve files was so slow it was pretty much useless. They kept taking additional amounts of money out of my bank which had nothing to do with my subscription. After I cancelled my subscription and set it to not renew, they continued to take more money from me. I have managed to get some of the money back but still outstanding some. Their support chat doesn't work - no one has ever answered it. Their support email address no longer exists. They are a complete SCAM, stay away!

I wish there were negative stars. They have taken over $500 over the years through "reoccurring payments", for a service I haven't used in YEARS. I've written to them and been told that "Yes, my service is canceled, and I'll get a refund within 5 business days." Guess what? No refund. Paypal has been no help - I've opened a dispute with my bank. I want to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I am unclear as to who this company really is. I'd hide my identity too if I was this disreputable.

I am having a huge difficulty pulling my files, video's, and pictures from the cloud. Can anyone help?

I signed up to just cloud when they had an offer on with PayPal however my files weren’t downloaded to their cloud so I gave up and never used them. Two years later I had £178 taken from my PayPal account and went through the same rigmarole as many of you on here to get my money back.
Eventually after reporting them to the financial ombudsman and clarifying wheee their CEO lives (some foreign national who lives in Coventry) I eventually got a refund. They’ve just set up under a new name - now with a new director.
I advise anyone to spend £35 at the small claims court to recoup losses of less than £10,000 and get a Dropbox account for a fraction of the cost.

Justcloud took a biannual subscription out of my account. I rang them but the number was unobtainable. I emailed them twice but they did not reply. Eventually I managed to get an operator on line chat. After much ado he promised me that I would receive a full refund within 3-5 banking days. This is the day after nearly £200 came out of my account. Still waiting. Raised the issue through PayPal and now I discover justcloud are refusing to pay the refund because it was the day after the money came out of my account that I cancelled. I have no Justcloud now but I have paid for the next 2 years. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and my money has been deducted from my account and no service provided. I want a refund please.
Would not be recommending this company.

BEWARE...BEWARE...FROM JUST CLOUD.. i bought 2 years cloud storage plan on just cloud on 22th June 2019, i used my credit card for the payment after payment suddenly they charged me $130.15 twice. i asked them about charge. they told we have not charged any amount and we have not received any payment...Just Cloud is cheater company my recommendation is that please don;t buy any space on Just Cloud. i don't understand how to get money back..can someone help me..!!!!!

I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. THE LAST TIME ANYTHING WAS UPLOADED BY ME WAS 2012. IT STOPPED WORKING WITH MY COMPUTER AND WOULD NEVER BACKUP. I CANCELLED AND CANCELLED AND CANCELLED. AND AGAIN HERE IN 2019 GOT CHARGED AGAIN. I HAVE EMAIL AFTER EMAIL CANCELLING. THEIR PHONE NUMBER JUST HANGS UP AND EVEN THE PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR CREDIT CARD CHARGE HANGS UP WHEN YOU CALL IT. WHAT I DID NOTICE IS THAT YOU CAN LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND UNCHECK THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL BOX. NEVER KNEW THAT WAS THERE. IT DOESN'T LET YOU DELETE YOUR CC'D THOUGH. I'VE CONTACTED MY BANK TO BLOCK THEM FROM FURTHER CHARGES AND THUS FAR HAVE NO ADDITIONAL RESPONSES TO MY EMAILS. WITH ONE BOX AND GOOGLE AND ALL THE SYSTEMS OUT THERE THEY HAVE GOT TO BE STRUGELING TO SURVIVE.

Lost my data! Never ever again!

They lost my data, their phone number doesn't work and the support didn't respond to emails.

I discovered that I had an JutCloud account that had not used (at all) for years when my credit card was charged for two new years. This was caused by automatic renewal that I had not noticed when signing up. I contacted JustCloud on chat, and after explaining them the situation, they canceled my account, and I got a full refund of my last payment.

My experience is that JustCloud is a serious, trustworthy and helpful company that is easy to communicate with.

Why? There is limitation as what you can back up. Their online help is useless. Customer service is awful (disaster) and there is no phone number to call

I received an email saying that my membership is up in one month and they are going to charge my credit card. The email says if you would like to talk to customer service, please call us and here is the phone number. I called the phone number to cancel my account and a voice message says the phone number is Valid.

I started chat with the customer service and ask them to cancel my account. The chat got disconnected three times and when I complained about it, he said that the chat was inactive. This is what they do, they put you on hold for three minutes to process your request and after three minutes the chat session expires, so when you are chatting with them make sure send them a message every minute. Eventually they canceled my account (after 30 minutes online chat).

I would highly recommend, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please make sure when you chat with them to take screenshot from chat because you cannot save the chat the way you usual could.

I was with just cloud and needed to retrieve my data, guess what they lost it for almost a year, I then told them I wanted nothing more to do with their company and stopped using the service, far too risky, cost me thousands in lost business because of them losing my files. This week they have removed just over £250 from my old debit card TWICE, no one responds to emails, no phone numbers work and they have stolen in total over £500 this week, so far!, As far as my bank is concerned they can’t do anything. Beware of this company, they do not do what they advertise, nor do they honour their terms and conditions or return money they take without authority. I will now have to take legal steps against them to get them to return my money! BEWARE

Absolute rubbish. I have been using them for a which to backup a network drive. went to add some folders to this and the network drive is missing on the app. told i needed to purchase the network add on as this was cancelled last year.

I never cancelled it and not they are demanding and additional £119 per year.

Customer service is rubbish. the product itself is a bit hit and miss. AVOID.

I used Just Cloud years ago because of the good reviews it was receiving. I stopped using it in 2016. Today 01/14/19 I was just billed $202 by Just Cloud through PayPal. Are you F'ing kidding me. Tried calling them but they don't do Phone support anymore. Jeez, I wonder why!
