I have been looking for a copy trader that is easy to use, connects seamlessly with all platforms, and actually executes the trades well. I decided to try Tradesyncer to copy trade my Tradeovate prop accounts, and TopstepX accounts. I am very impressed with this copy trader. Setting everything up is very straight forward. The dashboard is amazing. If you have been looking for a copy trader, this is the one. You wont regret it.

i cancelled my account long before renewal date but the still charged me and the refuse to issue me refund , be Aware that this company may charge you for no apparent reason ,

Been using Tradesyncer for a few months now and it does everything I need and I have not experienced any issues on the trading side. Recently my account cancelled and then when I paid it, it did not show or activate. Contacted support and the issue was taken care of very quickly. I have nothing but good to say about Tradesyncer! Definitely recommend using Tradesyncer!

Good system works well Has lockout features can't wait for the rest to be added. Very little time delay.

Every company product is defined by how the customer service reacts to issues. I am a long time Tradingview user, only because of their customer service, but this is about Tradesyncer whose customer service is even 10 steps ahead.
It works as defined. Cloud based, so don't have to worry about anything. Set it and forget it. I have connected Lucid and Topstep multiple accounts, and it works beautifully.
Customer service like I had mentioned earlier, their mods on discord are available round the clock and are super active. They solve issues and help with noob questions. Their customer service on chat on the website is equally efficient.

I am not the one to give reviews. But this one surely deserves a 5 star. No issues so far.

Yes they may have took an hour or 2 to help me but they helped me and took care of the issue very kind and were not rude even though i was upset god bless you g.

The people here are arrogant and unkind- Alisha in particular (on chat). The system seems straight forward if you've used copy trading platforms before, however as a new user, they have no patience walking you through the process. I decided to go to YouTube instead and got the help I needed.

Great webside, the tradecopier is easy to understand and it works well. Also a lot of youtube videos that explain how it works.

Agent was quick to answer my questions and help me through the problem step by step , Thank you I appreciate it.

Very disappointing experience. I used this software for around 3 months and lost thousands of dollars due to inconsistent performance. The copy trader often behaves unpredictably sometimes it randomly closes positions on slave accounts, sometimes trades are not copied at all, and the fills seem completely inconsistent. Overall, my experience has been far more negative than positive. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this software.

Straight Forward. Cool Dashboard/Layout. Most importantly customer service is A1. I didn't have to wait long hours to come in contact with anyone. Any issues was resolve in minutes!! Very Impressive!!!

Unauthorized payment !!!! I received an email with an offer of 50% discount. I login the website as I used to be a customer. The first thing that appeared was a message from LINK telling me to update my credit card (no other info was shown) I updated it and guess what... I was charged for the full month without any authorization. No discount at least to make it less painful. I wrote the AI support which was worthless. I told me to email support, which I did and its been over a week and have not heard back from them. I HATE when companies do this cover up and just disappear, I am soooo mad !!!!

Forgot to cancel my 7-day free trial, was charged. but tradesyncer understood my personal circumstances and initiated a refund despite their strict policies. Also a great service! Smooth trading and easy. Definetly recommend.

wow, what a service for that cheap price, it works perfectly, smoothly, very mobile friendly and executes very sharp all accounts together, support is very kind and professional, platform very easy to view analyze and setup also if there is some bugs or issues u will get notificated so well done.. kind regards

I couldnt navigate the UI sometimes but its a pretty good product
